Great welcome basket left, good communication with owner. Good facilities and very close to shops.
Ability to turn heating on from the property - this is done via the owner (although she dealt with this very quickly when I asked)

Excellent value, beautiful, clean and private.
Also plenty of nice touches such as extra milk and a pot of porridge in the kitchen.
