Home from home with good facilities and location

Good location for our visit to explore the town. Very nicely appointed, clean and smart.

Lovely modern house, very close to town. Quiet road. Owner good communication.

House was immaculate. Spacious kitchen. Lovely sitting room. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Outside area would be great in summer months. Property on a lovely quiet road, only 10mins walk max to town centre.

Found it a bit tricky to switch tv on via Xbox, the instructions left weren’t quite right. Couldn’t work out how to put the underfloor heating off in the kitchen.

The location was excellent in a nice quiet cul-da-sac and a lovely stroll by the canal into Stratford. We would definately stay there again.

The only fault we found was the lock on the front door.

Fantastic property in immaculate condition

Newly renovated property. Everything was brand new and therefore immaculate. Fantastic huge kitchen , dining, sitting room with plate glass window with sliding doors onto immaculate patio and lawn. Had a wow factor! Kitchen very well equipped so eating out not essential. Bedrooms good sized and beds comfortable.

Not sure how long it will remain immaculate with successive visitors! Dishwasher already was blocked so we didn't use it. Water pressure was poor so showers weren't great especially the rainfall shower in the loft conversion ensuite. But none of these things were major and didn't detract from a fantastic stay.

Overall a good experience with a few minor issues

We loved the spacious open-plan kitchen with plenty of natural light, and we also enjoyed sitting at the bar stools next to the island. We liked the contemporary colour scheme and style of the house, and the sofas were comfortable to sit on. In addition, the house is in a good central location.

The TV did not offer conventional broadcast channels and programmes could be only be accessed online through a catch-up player. We would also have liked another TV in the dining area. The lighting in the bedrooms was too harsh, cold and bright, and a dimmer switch would have been a welcome addition. The duvets were too thick for the summer. The front door was difficult to open from the inside, and the garden could have been more interesting and included some shrubs or flowers. The shower in the attic en-suite only provided cold water, and there were some issues with regards to the consistency of water pressure in the bathrooms.
