The layout of the property was excellent and very sociable for a group travelling together. The location was excellent and on site parking was a great bonus.

The following comments are personal preference due to age and mobility issues. The sofas were quite low and a little soft which made them a little uncomfortable for me. A higher chair in the lounge area would solve this issue. The beds were a little soft for us (again personal taste) and king size beds would have been appreciated. Overall an excellent property with all the facilities holiday makers would need.

House was clean comfy beds and very well equipped. 5 mins walk to town centre

Host - excellent communication and flexibility, especially with the Covid Roadmap in place.

Previous visitors bed linen left inside porch door when the cleaner stripped the beds, and remained there throughout our stay. Would have been helpful to have oven and hob instructions, as we had to guess how to use!!

I think the cleanliness was poor to be honest, not being picky, there was a nappy under the bed, rubbish in the wardrobes, the bathrooms weren't particularly clean. This is the main thing that let the property down sadly. the locks of the back door in particular wasn't working terribly well, managed to speak with the host and get this locked, but it meant we couldn't dare open the door again unless we couldn't get it locked. Do not mean for this to sound negative the host was very accommodating, and location great, i just think a really good spring clean wouldn't go a miss.
