A perfect stay in Stratford Upon Avon.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of town, a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants, shops and the river. Cottage was really lovely, immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable and homely and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very enjoyable stay over the Xmas period, the added touches of the tree and decorations was lovely!

Great location, the property is of a very high standard, and caters for all needs including a fully stocked kitchen with amble kitchen supplies, Sky TV etc. All rooms are very clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and warm radiators throughout the property. The parking is a plus, and very close to the house. Lots of guide information on hand, the inclusion of food menus and recommended eateries was very useful for our stay.

Cosy home from home.

The house was very cosy, warm and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was ample storage. Tastefully decorated house and well stocked with all the essentials (and a washing machine and tumble dryer.) Great to have parking permit for free parking in nearby road. Nice little touches like milk and wine were appreciated. Lots of information on nearby restaurants and shops. Excellent communication from host. Easy 7 minute walk to the main high street in Stratford. Lovely little courtyard garden with lighting which would be perfect in the Summer.

The doors in the house were difficult to close without slamming them. Location is on a busy main road so lots of traffic noise at times.

What a beautiful house this is. Upon arrival Claire met us and gave us a tour of the property. A bottle of wine and milk/water were in the fridge for us to enjoy. The house is lovely and comfortable, each room has had attention to detail paid to them by Claire. The bath and shower are amazing! There is literally everything you need in the property to enjoy your holiday. Games/picnic blanket/cooler box, the list goes on! The property is in a fantastic location, a very short walk to the centre of Stratford!

Fantastic!

A fantastic property. We received a warm welcome from the host when we arrived as well as a quick text the following day to check that everything was OK for us. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully presented. We found it ideal for sightseeing and restaurants etc as it’s literally a 5 minute walk to the town centre but it’s also in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Really couldn’t have been better and we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The property is centrally located for town with an excellent list of recommendations from the owner. The house is a short walk to all shops and amenities including some excellent tourist spots and eateries.

Perfect location, very comfortable and the host is wonderful

The location was perfect, a two minute walk from resturants, pubs and less than 10 minute walk to the river. Claire has decorated the apartment beautifully. She has thought of everything, a blanket so you can cuddle up on the couch. A bottle of wine in the fridge, coffee and milk ready for the morning. The table in the garden was perfect too. So many menus and other information about the area was much appreciated. The bath tub was a real hit for both my husband and son. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautifully decorated, updated cottage, fully equipped. Dog friendly, super clean with great coffee!

This is a beautifully decorated and updated cottage, fully equipped. Very dog friendly, super clean, stunning bathroom, comfy couch and great bed. I slept very well. The complimentary bottle of wine was delicious and a big Bonus is the Gusto coffee maker. It's close to everything, you can walk anywhere. Parking included and close by was also very handy. It's the perfect gorgeous cottage for a long weekend away. And Claire made sure I had a duvet that was ok for my allergies and she had lots of tips for restaurants that allow dogs. Tips for future travelers: it is on a busy road, so take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The double bed is good quality. with earplugs in we slept fantastic and woke up rested, ready to go. the busy road did not bother us at all otherwise. Take your comfy slippers for colder nights.

if you want peace and quiet the busy road may be a problem. Internet dropped out regularly. I would have preferred to have control over the heating, rather then having to ask Claire via text. But in the current times, it's understandable she is in control of it. The neighbors do have a very barky dog, that at times barks for long periods of time. And they themselves are also quite loud on waking up and during the eve's. This was annoying, but as we were up early and away a lot, it didn't spoil our stay. However, if it's rainy and you are in more, this is a point to consider. With all this in mind, we still would return. We had a wonderful stay.

Really nice apartment that suited us perfectly.

Could not be a better location. Some traffic noise and people passing the windows, but not much given its central location. Parking was dead easy as well.

The front door key was a little problematic - it needed quite a lot of massaging into place before the door would open. It feels like the key wasn't a great fit and the barrel was loose.

Centrally located property everything on your doorstep. Home from home, house has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Parking pass was provided so vehicle was safely parked nearby.owner has supplied all info re places to eat and go which was helpful. Will definitely return .

The house was spotlessly clean with good facilities. It is very well located in Stratford and just a couple of minutes from the centre.

The evenings were cold and we found it difficult to work out the heating system. Claire was very helpful though and it was sorted out quickly.

This is a lovely home with more than everything you need for a short stay. It is packed with books, games etc and even has a decent coffee maker with pods supplied! It's a 2 minute walk to the edge of Statford town centre and is a lovely place to come back to after a day in the town. Highly recommended!
