Nice hosts, location and very clean. Parking, heating and 2nd bedroom meant 2nd couple didn’t enjoy the stay.

Location, very clean, nice living area and kitchen had everything and more needed, the little extras like tea bags and bottles of water nice too. Very grateful for help with early check-in and communication via mobile was easy and friendly.

2nd bedroom which was stated before arrival but was to small for a double bed and 2 adults wasn’t fit for purpose. Heating settings/ timings were wrong, flat was freezing when we arrived and to hot during nights sleep, woke all 4 of us up. Parking far too tight, the neighbours had parked their car next to us and in the morning with the next door building site was hard to reverse out. The builders on the room next to balcony should have been made aware of this.

Very Central

The coffee & tea & water bottles that were there for us . A great central place to stay, easy to park the car & just walk around.

We booked for 2 teenagers and 2 adults and had to have our boy sleep in the couch as the room my daughter was in had a double bed. I couldn’t have them sleep in the same bed. I think this is a fault in Booking.com rather than the host.

Centrally located property

The property was centrally located. Very close to the town centre and appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

It was awkward to enter and exit the property. The entrance door, when opened, blocked the property’s walkway completely. We had to enter one at a time with our large luggage. The second room was also very small. The host did reiterate about the small size of the room, and the double bed did fit two people, but there is barely any walking space. The awkward entrance door opening across the walkway and being just outside this small room made it more awkward.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

The apartment is in an excellent location - just a 5 minute walk into town. Plenty of room and lovely modern and immaculately clean kitchen and bathroom. The complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee are a lovely touch

Clean and spacious apartment.

It was expensive for what it was. No coffee machine - only instant. Main road location was noisy in living room. Heating was initially set too high but it was adjustable.

Good Kitchen lounge combination.

The was no balcony worth considering or mention. The second bedroom should have been listed as a single bed, it was minature with a double bed spread across the whole room. The toilet (septic) jammed after first use, flooding the bowl. (Forcing us to use the Hilton Hotel over the road for our ablutions.)

The photos represented a very clean apartment. The rooms were as pictured but not as clean or crisp as the pictures suggest. A little tired and a feel of a student house at some stage. Parking was a little more restricted on time too only 2 30pm till 11am the next day.

Convenient location with warm and welcoming hostess.

We thought the hosts put a lot of care and thought into making our entire stay comfortable. Speaking with the hostess Manuela was a delight as she was kind, warm, and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient. Our family was able to easily walk around town to the river, Shakespeare's birthplace, Shakespeare's new place, Anne Hathaway's cottage, and various restaurants and stores. The apartment was right next to a public footpath which made for a leisurely walk to Anne Hathaway's cottage.

Lovely place easy and central for getting about

Second bedroom was a double but not much space once in, but did what we needed. Toiletries included was soap and shower gel. You Still need to take shampoo and conditioner.
