Great location for town access.

The location to town was just a five-minute walk. Good shady walks for the dog were on the doorstep. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Very quiet private back garden. The Sky TV was a nice bonus. Comfortable sofas. It was great that there was a pedestal fan. Great communication from the housekeeper. Good shower pressure when no other taps were running.

The rooms at the front of the house were prone to a high level of street noise, particularly in the lounge and bedroom. These two rooms had no privacy unless you pulled the curtains. There was only one wardrobe where you could unpack clothes among the three rooms. The hot tub was very clean, but only four of the jets worked, so we kept it on tick-over. At night, you could not see the decking to the steps leading into the hot tub. The floor in the dining room and utility area became very slippery when wet, even with the provided slippers. The house needs some updating, and the back garden some overdue maintenance.

Fantastic cottage stay!

We loved the hot tub and the central location of the cottage! Stayed with a group of friends and we would definitely stay again. Annabel, the housekeeper, was so helpful and on hand to answer any questions.

It was so lovely. Very clean and cozy. The photos don’t really do it justice, it was even nicer in person. Bed was very comfortable, even the carpet was lovely and soft. The hot tub was amazing in the cold evenings and ready to get in for our arrival. Plenty of big towels amd lots of extra blankets, though we didn’t need them. Everything was thought of. Very well equipped kitchen. We needed nothing!

Great location, a bit dated for the price

We loved the location and the log burner in the cold weather was so lovely. Annabel the housekeeper was so helpful and friendly too.

The price based on the property felt expensive to others available in close proximity. The bathroom needs an extractor fan to avoid having the window open and the bedroom flooring hurts your feet, it is very rough. It feels quite dated upstairs. Also the dining room was very cold so we didn't use it during our stay.

A A Beautiful Cottage in a Great Location, Crazy Parking!

Gorgeous decoration generally, including little extras for Christmas. A little something also left for us to enjoy. Comfortable furnishings and a lovely big bed! Warm and cosy, and a nice garden to let our dog out to safely. The location of Heath Cottage was walking distance from the High St and the Christmas market which we had come to visit.

We were given free entry to a local car park for the daytime which was fantastic because the road has parking restrictions, but when we came to returning the car to outside the property or somewhere in the vicinity in the evening it was extremely hard trying to find a parking spot, my husband had to drive around for some time before successfully parking at the other end of the street.

Well done, a little gem in Stratford Upon Avon

Good communication before the trip. Looks small outside but loads of room inside, very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat 😊 Perfect location for the town, 2 minutes walk to the river trail. Our dog loved it here. A big 👍, we will definitely using the property again

Wonderful, cosy and spotlessly clean

Location good, cottage was spotless, little dated upstairs but very comfortable and well equipped. Good communication with the lady who looked after the property and hotel parking was a brilliant bonus.

Heating was off in most of the downstairs but we had been advised of this and provided with a heater and there was also a wood burner. Buying logs locally for the log burner was a nightmare, no one had any in stock, but obviously getting a plumber at this time of year is virtually impossible, not complaining at all, just being honest.

Superb

Fantastic location which was the main thing for us. We were staying for a 30th birthday and conservatory with lovely light and table ideal for base for two couples... games, food and drink. Pub opposite with a nice bustle. We didn't get a chance to use hottub but looked ideal.
