The location was perfect and the property was a great size and very comfortable and clean.

I didn't like the fact that once booked there was absolutely no way to get any refund if things had fallen through. Also, we were given a QR code for the Rother street NCP carpark whereas other properties have supplied us with a virtual parking permit for the area. Getting the car in and out of the carpark was a faff.

Lovley little cottage. Everything you needed, love the complementary slippers, and toiletries a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, and played many a game of Farkle round the dinning table. Garden was lovley and Hot Tub was fabulous bonus, so enjoyed a soak. Brilliant location, and the Bull pub just opposite proved a lovley watering hole, to end the day. Truly lovley stay and would definitely return.

Very comfortable & nicely decorated though dining room slightly at odds (not modernised). Great hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

There was loud live music from pub opposite: neighbouring howling dog said it all! Would have been nice to have been warned.

Could easily communicate with the housekeeper via whatsapp about any isssues, pre arrival details and getting key lock box details.

- Not enough waste bins for general throwing away and the bin in upstairs bathroom didn't have a bag inside it. - A few rooms cold despite there being heating: Dining room and small bedroom especially. - Sign would be good to indicate there is a basement there with couch/tv/toilet. Instruction/welcome book: - Could do with updating and certain things made clearer such as things to do before you leave. - Provide maps about places of interest and local public transport. - Would be nice to have a proper guest book. Small Bedroom - Nowhere to store anything - any flat surface is taken up by lamps. - It is cold to sleep in (I kept waking up in the night freezing). Goodness knows what it would be like in winter. - Not suitable for a king/queen sized bed and there is no storage. Not even an option to put suitcase under the bed. - Pulling the curtains is a health hazard and they are not sized correctly, so they are down to the floor when they could be half the size. - Carpet on the bedroom floors are painful to walk on, it's like walking on straw. I had to use spare pillows to stand on as if i'm playing the floor is lava. Large bedroom - Found bedbugs as we were leaving to go and it was still alive. No privacy from the outside: - As it's a terraced house with no front garden you are inches away from people walking past the house - Would be good to have folded blinds as well as curtains. - Front door is always left unlocked unless we lock it from the inside. Anyone could walk in.
