The property was decorated very nicely however we felt more detail was taken on aesthetics rather than comfort.

Nicely decorated and good location.

It would be nice to have both sofas in the lounge as we stayed with our 2 teenage daughters and there was no where comfortable for us all to sit together to relax. I think some good quality heavy curtains in the front bedroom would help absorb the road noise.

Perfect and comfy and very claen

The location of the house was great it was better than the photos so clean and attention to detail was perfect little things were left in there like a small basket with wine and crips and in the kitchen a tray with tea coffee and milk ,washing up liquid and lovely hand soap where left in kitchen and bathrooms

Great despite the sleep

The property was nicely decorated a good location to walk into town we didn’t have problem parking despite it being parking permits The host was good at communicating and quick with replies Key safe was easy The information book had everything you needed

The only thing we didn’t really like was the beds the mattress were lumpy and very uncomfortable (I know they are Emma ones) but they were not good the pillows need replacing they were so thin And the cleaning could have been to a better standard

Overall a lovely, well-equipped house, not too far from the centre of Stratford, recommended.

A short walk from the centre, and easy to find. The house itself was really well equipped and the interior was decorated really nicely.

The parking at the front is time restricted at some times, so we needed to park somewhere else first. The stairs are quite steep.

The comfort of a home away from home

Excellent location for walking into Stratford. We couldn't fault the accommodation, very well equipped, really comfortable beds and sofas which you don't always find in rentals. Beautifully presented, well appointed with a lovely welcome pack of goodies. A real home away from home and the decor was beautiful. We would definitely recommend.

Nicely renovated cottage, but would not stay there again for all of the above reasons

The property was very clean and tastefully renovated. Everything was supplied as stated and even a bottle of Prosecco (which we didn't drink) crisps and cookies.

Parking was meant to be for 2 cars, I thought that meant private parking. It was however on a very busy main road and you had to find a space and park partially on the pavement. Not good for my sports car! Fortunately we only had 1 car to worry about The 'minutes' walk to the Town Centre took at least 45 minutes and the Tourist Information Office took even longer. We had to use Taxi's as I was afraid that there would not be a parking place if we moved the car. We spent at least 40 minutes waiting for a bus one day and eventually managed to flag a taxi down. They always seemed to be full! Two bathrooms were advertised, but there was no bath, only 2 showers which were very dangerous, slippery with no anti-slip mat provided and no instructions how they worked. One of the showers was downstairs The house was very cold downstairs at night ( even after a hot day) and the instructions in the house guide did not match the controls in the kitchen. So we had no heating! The front door was difficult to lock from the inside. Next door was a dry cleaning business, and there was also a hairdressers built in what would have been their garden, it was quite noisy early in the morning (6am) The Town House garden was not secure - no bolt on the gate, so anyone could have walked in from the businesses next door.

The location was great with handy parking outside. It was beautifully decorated throughout. Some nice touches with snacks left out and blankets for the sofa to make it cosy. Looking forward to staying again.

Phenomenal Accommodation

Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with a divine aroma in every room and only a 10 min walk to the centre. We had the most relaxing stay in this outstanding accommodation and the bed was oh so comfortable! We definitely felt like it was home from home, especially with all the thoughtful extra touches. The welcome goody basket was a lovely surprise (thank you Tina....so very kind and generous). Alot of thought has been put into making guests' stay exceptionally special. If you're thinking of booking don't think, just BOOK IT!

Not a criticism but just to mention that traffic noise can be heard at the front of the house during certain times of the day. Having said this, at night it is much quieter and it didn't affect our sleep.

The property is beautifully decorated & perfectly located close to the town centre & all of Stratford’s attractions it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. The property has a beautiful garden area which is an extra bonus, we were really lucky to have good weather so we could use it.

The property is advertised as having parking, you get parking permits for 2 cars but it is not guaranteed you can park outside the property it’s on a first come first serve basis however there are parking places available nearby

Beautiful home, comfortable stay, spotlessly clean & walking distance to the theatre.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, near to the theatre, parking outside the property. Welcome gift of wine, biscuits & crisps which was a nice touch. Tea & coffee provided too. We enjoyed playing the board games too ! Want to return in better weather as there is a lovely outdoor seating area.
