We had a very nice 2 night stay at Brantholme B&B. Owners were friendly and welcoming. We had off-street parking, which was good. The B&B is very close to the centre of Ambleside, so you can leave your car and walk into town easily. It has a lovely garden and also a hot tub, but we didn't use it but would like to try it on another occasion. We will definitely be back. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and spacious room and shower/bathroom.

The property is located in a quite road with superb views of the hills, within a couple of minutes from the cetre of Ambleside.Jo was a great host made us feel very welcome. The property is Immaculate ,bright and well maintained.The room was spacious well apointed and had everything we needed. The bed was huge and so comfortable had a great sleep.The breakfast was exellent with plenty of choice.Will definately stay again.

Great location
Does NOT have air conditioning. Just a tiny misting fan. Limited on site parking which is given out in order of check in time. Given an allocated time for breakfast which can’t be changed
