Uncomfortable despite the location

The location is great, right in the city center.

The kitchen: the cooktop did not work well, it was a nightmare to even have water boil for pasta, the pots were very old and scratched, unusable! The beds very basic and noisy - even if you breathe it cracked! The doors of the rooms could hardly close and even so after loud attempts. The sofa in the living room had a broken arm and the sitting cushions were uncomfortable, sliding down once you sit. There was mold in the shower. The owners should create more human conditions rather than just thinking about the money they ask. And last, the journey to and from the 13th floor was each time painful in those old shaking and cracking elevators.

Great location, spacious apartment

The location is great - right in the center, well connected to public transport but also away from the noise. The building is safe, the host was friendly and extremly friendly with the recommentations. The space was great, comfortable bed and great view on the terrase.

The sunlight in the morning - the shades not stopping completly and during the summer the sun is shining at 5 AM. Also, bring your own soap:)

The appartment is well situated, have a beautiful view and is spacious. The kitchen is well équiped.

The double bed is rather Uncomfortable, the springs go into the back and the shower has almost no pressure, little hot water and the drain works very poorly which causes water to accumulate in the bottom of the shower. Rather unpleasant.

Fantastic views, spacious apartment in great location- small details could be improved

Fantastic location and amazing views across the city. Large double bedrooms and very clean.

Charged extra for check-in from 8pm. Had to pay an €150 security deposit which still hasn’t been returned after over a week. Hot water took a long time to come through in the shower. No welcome tea or coffee facilities which we received in the other 3 places we stayed in Italy.

Perfect view and location of course, friendly staff named Sabrina.

Interiors are dated, apartment dressed with absolutely no effort, no curtains, wooden floor is partly swollen, bed is squeaky, smelly towels and no coffee machine. But all that comes with a long list of fines if you not doing this or not doing that.. for example: if you not check in online they charge 20€ .. and they charge you 10€ every 15 min you check-out later than 10am… about 220€ a night .. I cannot recommend.

memorable, safe and convenient stay in padova tower

spacious and clean accommodation it almost felt like you're at home security in the building was very good and it gave us peace of mind. the host or their representatives were always easy to contact . the kitchen (the microwave ) was handy. we were not sure how to turn on the stove

early check out but understandable because of high demand for hotels during our stay

Fantastic panorama apartment with balcony over beautiful Padova

Fantastic view over downtown Padova from all the apartment, but especially from the balcony - you are practically on top of the city, from where you can enjoy the old town beautiful buildings and rooftops and also the more distant surroundings of Padova. Location is ideal, apartment is simple, but luminous decorated, with basic kitchen to prepare and enjoy the breakfast or even dinner with magnificent belvedere from the balcony.

Repairing and prevention works needed to limit the effects of the top neighbor flooding issue.

Best view of Padova

No doubt this is the best view of Padova. you could see al the historic Center and the hills on the south, it was beautiful. At the same time, the location was great, so close to the main squares. the apartment was also very spacious.

The apartment was scarcely decorated. It felt like a missed opportunity to make it more cozy and welcoming. It had the minimum possible of everything, plates, glasses, etc. The worst was the kitchen knives, 2 knives with a completely bent blade.

the location was perfect for us.

The elevator was ancient and very slow. The bathroom had one towel hook and the second bathroom had a malfunctioning sink and was unusable. The main bathroom floor looked dirty. We were asked to clean the kitchen and take out the trash; from the 13th floor! Also, no smoke detectors nor fire escape. Loved the location, but would NOT stay here again.

A stay well worth our price in a perfect location

The apartment really exceed our expectations, The location is superb and the views are stunning! You can really look over the entire city of Padova from your bedroom. The arrival was also well organised and Ludovico is a great host.

Unfortunately when we were there the shades in the living room has recently been broken, making it quite difficult to close them. Additionally, the showers did not have a lot of water pressure and the temperature seemed to change a lot.

Ein rundrum sehr gut gelungener Aufenthalt.

Großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume, die nicht überladen sind mit Accessoires. Der fantastische Ausblick auf die Stadt und Umgebung. Die Lage inmitten des Zentrums von Padua. Die Erstausstattung für die Benutzung von Küche und Bad ist super, besonders bei Anreise am Wochenende !

Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung für 4-6 Personen zu lückenhaft und knapp: es fehlten große Töpfe, Küchenmesser, eine Teekanne. Ein Küchenhandtuch ist übrigens zu wenig. Aber mit Improvisation konnte gut für 4 Personen gekocht werden.

Super Lage - Preis/Leistungsverhältnis überhöht

Sehr zentrale Lage - in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Marktplätze. Wunderbare Sicht vom 13. Stockwerk über die Stadt. Bäckereien, Feinkostläden, Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die zuständige Ansprechpartnerin der Vermietungsagentur ist entgegenkommend und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich mit Couch, der unmittelbar in eine sehr helle Loggia mit Esstisch und Kochnische mündet, einem ziemlich engen Bad und einem Schlafzimmer. Das sehr helle Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und mit einem Doppelbett, einem kleinen Schrank und einer kleinen Kommode mit TV-Gerät ausgestattet. Alle Räume sind sehr sonnig. Das war bei unserem Aufenthalt im Herbst sehr angenehm.

Die Ausstattung ist karg und etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einige Nachbesserungen vertragen (z.B. lose Dichtungen an den Schiebetüren der Dusche, Bild am Boden statt an der Wand). Das Kücheninventar ist eher knapp. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen, auch keine Teekanne, keine Salatschüssel. Nicht alle Küchenutensilien waren sauber. WLAN hat nicht immer funktioniert. Besonders gestört haben uns - der schulmeisterliche Ton der Informationsmappe (für verspätetes Auschecken sowie „Vergehen“ bei der Mülltrennung werden Bußgelder angedroht …) und - die Zusatzkosten von mehr als € 100, die im ursprünglichen Mietpreis nicht angegeben werden. € 90 für die Reinigung erscheinen uns hoch - denn der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden (wofür man im öffentlichen Raum die entsprechenden Tonnen zu finden hat). Es würde uns jedenfalls freuen, wenn die Reinigungsfrau tatsächlich die € 90 zur Gänze erhalten würde!
