"Altinate 33" is an apartment in the heart of Padua. Located in a pedestrian area in one of the most famous streets, a few steps from the characteristic Paduan squares where you can stroll or take a Spritz in one of the many clubs in the center. It has the convenience of public transport almost under the house: buses, trams and taxis are available within 200 meters. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, museums, warehouses and shops are located within walking distance from home. Excellent starting point to discover Venice. It is located on the second floor of a building in the historic center and has no lift (about 40 steps). It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace and a TV room with queen size sofa bed. SmartTV 55 '4K with Netflix.

Incredibly comfortable. The location, the high quality of the apartment’s amenities, starting at the entry door and our wonderful host, Luigi.
The apartment has all the comforts of home. From enjoying a cup of coffee from the espresso machine…so easy and so good, to the very convenient and easy to use washing machine. The refrigerator and freezer sections are both large, we never wanted for more refrigerator space.
The large kitchen windows look out to a wide expansive sky that greeted us every morning as we planned our day at the large comfortable kitchen table.
Walking out the building’s entry door you are immediately on a pedestrian walkway and just minutes from everything. The tram stop is an easy three minute walk. The best Gelateria, one minute. Most of Luigi’s recommended restaurants, Piazza della Erbe and Piazza della Frutta, locations of the daily outdoor markets, Scrovegni Chapel and Giardini dell'Arena are all no more than a 10 - 15 minute easy stroll.
Arriving by train, take the tram to the Ponti Romani stop. The tram is also an easy way to go to or from Prato dells Valle.
We thank Luigi for his very excellent decorating taste and his thoughtfulness in giving his guests such a high quality very comfortable apartment. He also provides all the little things that add convenience and comfort.

Abbiamo solo trascorso una notte ma è stato tutto più che positivo. A parte il parquet di una delle camere un po' troppo rumoroso, appartamento pulito, spazioso, e in ottima posizione.
