The apartment was beautifully appointed and the AC was wonderful after a hot day sightseeing from a very central location. The hostess was very responsive for any query and this was very appreciated as the parking is very confusing with the ZTL zoning used in historic towns to control traffic flow.

Easy to deal with host/manager from a distance. Answers came within moments. Entrance hall was elegant. Room smelt great and was quiet and peaceful. Loved the window box flowers and the decor.
A little more storage would have been nice and an outdoor space was missing. This auberge with a rooftop would have gotten a 10.

The location was wonderful. The property overlooks the Prato Della Valle! The view was spectacular! Saw double rainbows from my balcony after a heavy downpour one evening! It was so dramatic. As it is right at the heart of Prato it was close to so many attractions — all within walking distance. It was magical jogging along with runners, walkers, doggies, family with baby strollers!
