Location was outstanding. Communication was wonderful with Elena. The cafe just across the road was perfect.

Some feedback for comfort: The couch was very uncomfortable for two people to sit on. People booking need to feel comfortable with steep stairs. They are doable but we didn’t take our luggage to the loft.

Very fine accommodation, new facilities, central location.

The Contemporary Design Loft is great. Recently rennovated, ground floor, new interior. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 2 single beds in the living area. Decent wifi. Well equipped kitchen area with new fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Washing machine too. Good location near the town centre, easy to reach, about 20 mins walk in a straight line from the train station, or tram stop nearby. Supermarket next door. Host very helpful. I read some comments about the internal stairs up to the bedrooms - they are absolutely fine.

We were very lucky the Contemporary Design Loft was still available after a cowboy agency operating in Padova cancelled our booking at another place at the last minute (step forward "Lovely Homes" - you are a disgrace). In the end our Xmas was rescued due to the fine welcome and accommodation at Contemporary Design Loft.

I saved this location for my future trips to Padua.

The apartment is small but very comfortable — it has everything you need and even more. It is very clean, with a pleasant scent throughout. All household and personal care products are eco-friendly, which shows the hosts’ care for the environment. The location is excellent: you open the door and find yourself in a charming Italian courtyard; beyond the gates is a lively street, but you cannot hear the noise inside the apartment. I recommend it for a comfortable, eco-conscious stay.

The only thing to note is the very steep and narrow staircase leading to the second-floor sleeping area. The listing mentions this; we managed fine ourselves but held on to the handrail very carefully! I recommend drinking wine only on the ground floor.

Everything, situated in the heart of Padova, with everything you need , giving you the feeling that you are inside a movie loft. Really clean , with all the amenities needed in an apartment. Definitely this will be our choice when we will he back in Padova.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely city Padua.

The location could not have been any better. Our host was always available and helped when we could not get into the property(our fault). Situation was sorted quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would have been nice to meet our host but this did not ruin our stay. I/we have stayed in numerous properties in Europe this year and have always met the owner. Obviously circumstances did not permit this.

The apartment is nice and cosy. It sleeps comfortably 2-3 people. It is nicely decorated and very clean. Without doubt though, the biggest advantage of the apartment is its excellent location. It is located in the very heart of Padova, on a pedestrian street full of shops, next to all famous attractions of the old town. Despite being in a central location, it is also quiet, because it is inside an interior patio, so not in direct contact to the street. Excellent choice!

Modern renovation in central location

Extremely clean. All the basics for a comfortable stay. Nice to have USB chargers in wall outlets. Comfortable beds. Heat from floor (smooth concrete- very clean), heated towel bars in bathrooms. Easy to control temperature. Privacy provided in loft by curtains between sleeping areas.

Exterior entry key was a bit difficult to operate. Old lock, but after some fiddling and patience it worked fine.

Le logement est idéalemnent placé dans le contre historique de Padoue. Il y a deux salles de bain et peut accueillir 4 personnes facielement. C'est très moderne et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût personnel.

Le petit bémol est un léger manque de luminosité... mais quand on vadrouille toute la journée, cela n'a pas d'importance!

Riscaldamento a pavimento regolabile, presente ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, cialde per il caffè, cucina attrezzata, prodotti per il bagno abbondanti e di qualità. Bella la biancheria. MATERASSI perfetti in memory, come i cuscini (con scelta fra più modelli). Silenzioso. Pulitissimo. Doppio bagno. Eravamo 4 più un cane ma ci si starebbe comodamente anche in sei...

Klein maar knus appartement op een uitstekende locatie op 10 min lopen van alle bezienswaardigheden. Vriendelijk onthaal. Appartement van alles voorzien zelfs wasmachine. Dank voor de fles water, prettig thuiskomen zo.

Jammer dat de was niet buiten mag drogen, binnen is er weinig plaats. Met een hor tegen de muggen in het raam aan het bed zou ik beter geslapen hebben, airco maakt vrij veel lawaai.

La migliore sistemazione mai provata in anni ed anni di viaggi a Padova. Pulita, silenziosa, appartata, con tante enormi finestre che danno luce, due bagni completi, armadi capienti e letti comodi, una grande cucina attrezzata con zona pranzo, area salotto con libreria. Arredamento industrial semplicemente adorabile. Molto più grande e bello delle foto. Host semplicemente meravigliosa, gentile e flessibile sugli orari. Grazie!

Wenn Padua, dann Contemporary Design Loft & Apartment!

Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum und man kann viele interessante Plätze (Botanischer Garten, St. Antonio, Prato della Valle, Palazzo della Ragione ....) sehr bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem ist die Trambahnlinie in der Parallelstraße schnell erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten). Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. In der pfiffig gestalteten Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was den Urlaub schön macht (2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Essbereich, viele Schränke und Regale, moderne Fußbodenheizung, Handtuch-Heizkörper in den Bädern, sehr gut gesicherte Wohnungstür.
