Locatelli Apartments - Patio living "Zen"

The 2-room flat is good and one can find all what one needs. It is stylish renovated, has a patio, one can find a washing machine and iron to press the shirts. The atmosphere is cozy and very attractive.

The flat is somewhat on the expensive side. There was an announcement inside the flat about the internal rules with a bar code, which unfortunately did not work. I visited the administrative building in the city for settling a payment issue and informed about the non-operational bar code. The very kind lady at the reception changed something in the settings and suddenly I was able to see the rules in my mobile phone. But back to the flat the bar code did not work again. At the check-out I went through a really disgusting experience - I told the administration that I will leave the flat at 12:15pm. In the last moment I decided to dispose the waste and when I returned to the flat maybe 5-7 minutes later to fetch my suitcase and the backpack, I could not enter it - the administration has changed the entrance electronic code. I had to catch an airplane in the Venice airport and I started really worrying if I could catch my flight via WIZZ AIR (which flies only a few times a week to my destination). I stated sporadically calling the administration but within ~20 minutes there was not response. Suddenly a young, tall and very attractive looking lady entered the house. Desperately I asked if she knows anything about how I can enter the flat to get my belongings. Fortunately she told me she came to clean the neighbor flat and by using some personal codes she was able to let me in. I find that this superfast change of the entrance code of the flat after the supposed time of the guest to leave is a terrible thing to do with customers.

It is very nicely designed, well organized and thought through location, in the middle of historic city. We liked this appartment and the service a lot and can advice it to anyone.

Spacious, modern apartment in the heart of Padova and yet very quiet, literally zen! Very clean, comfortable, well equipped and extremely tasteful, overall great value for money and would definitely recommend it and prefer it should we ever return to Padova!
