You can't beat the location. Having an entire apartment instead of a hotel room when traveling with children was wonderful,
A little skimpy on amenities like garbage liners and toilet paper.

Quite good fitting out but suited to 2 people not 4. No large dinner plates, - a 2 cup Moka coffee maker did not work (water just boiled away) we just used the small 1 cup Moka or went out locally).
Situation is perfect which is why we chose it, and paid more than on previous visits. Good sized kitchen diner room and decent bedrooms and all clean and well furnished recently. Our flat, Arancia was 2nd floor no lift but OK for us. Padova is great, though, so excellent for location. Better to stay here and travel by train to Venice! Taxi 7eu to station or take tram 1.3eu. We were not met on departure at 10am as arranged, and no message or contact to explain no show. Disappointing.
Welcome by Sara was friendly, and she could be contacted locally. However, we found the water pressure in the apartment to be low, sometimes below 1 bar. Consequently the kitchen tap did only provide a trickle of water, not good for washing up as not hot (boiler not activated) . I did inform Sara and she did come and check when we were away but problem not resolved. A visit by a plumber was required which may have been difficult. The shower was OK but basin was low pressure, so we coped ok. Moka coffee maker needs replacing. More dinner plates needed.
