The location is perfect: it's on a quiet street just over 5 minutes stroll to Piazza della Frutta with some lovely bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It's a very walkable city and the furthest away sights are probably 40 minutes from the apartment at most.
The hosts were very welcoming and met us on arrival to show us around their spotless (and I mean spotless) and quite large accommodation. The bedrooms were of an excellent size and you don't feel cramped. Also, the beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well.
It really has everything you need - although the kitchen is small, I don't think you'd lack for any utensils or little things you might need (olive oil, tin foil, etc). Also, the furniture and appliances throughout are of a high quality.
It is obvious that the hosts take pride in the apartment.
TIP: if you are arriving from Treviso airport, catch bus 101 (directly opposite the airport entrance, 6.40 euros per person) which takes you into the central bus station in Padova. From there, it's a 15 minute walk to the apartment. The bus leaves Padova every 30 minutes to return to Treviso. It takes around an hour (depending on the time of day).
We have no complaints and would highly recommend the apartment.
Maybe take some house slippers if you're staying in the colder months as tiled flooring can be chilly.

私のミスです。当日の朝に何時に着くかという連絡があったのに移動中で気づいていませんでした。前日などに確認があると確実に気づけたと思います。

Posizione molto buona, appartamento nuovo e ben attrezzato, la cucina permette di preparare qualcosa da mangiare e ho trovato in dotazione (pur non essendo dovuto) tutto il necessario per fare colazione e che di piu. Le camere sono grandi, tutto pulito, letto e materasso confortevolissimo, host molto gentili e disponibili.
L' appartamento è completamente privo di luce naturale, si deve stare con la luce elettrica anche nelle ore centrali. Poco male perché di solito chi soggiorna ha più necessità di stare fuori che dentro casa. Però credo sarebbe corretto segnalarlo.
