This is a beautiful spacious 140mq apartment with a large bright 60mq living room overlooking the trees in the avenue.
It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.
The entrance leads into a splendid and bright 60 mq living room with large windows and a bow window, 2 comfortable sofas, large dining table.
The kitchen (separate from the living room) is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
The sleeping area is located at the back of the apartment, so it remains very quiet. It consists of:
• a master bedroom with a double king-size bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, overlooking a private terrace
• a second main bedroom with a double king-size bed, one separate single bed, a large wardrobe, a writing desk
• a third bedroom with a queen size French bed
• 2 bathrooms with shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is very close to all the main monuments easily reached in less than 10 minutes walking, Next to the church of Santa Sofia and the Scrovegni Chapel with Giotto frescos, the 3 historical squares (Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza della Frutta, Piazza dei Signori), the University area, the main Hospital and the train station.

Kitchen was fine but we ate out with the exception of breakfast. Place is huge. It echos in the big spaces. We are right in the campus area and about 4 blocks from great dining and shopping.

Nice place but was an old diaper behind light stand in master bedroom just fyi. Would be ideal to have a manual door knob on the inside of the gate in case of emergency and better more easily reachable lighting in garage too. Close walk to old Padova and nice to have a washer too! Overall good stay. Isabella was very responsive too.

Well maintained and beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is nevertheless no more than a 15 minute walk to most of the main attractions. It's especially well located for visiting the University and Scrovegni chapel. Nice kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night, comfortable beds, two bathrooms... what more could you ask?

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped. It is very central to all the main sights and the bus/train stations. Using Padova as a base during a 10-day visit we were able to enjoy Padova and travel to Brescia, Venice (on a canal boat trip) and Vicenza. There are so many interesting things to do and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day is essential. The apartment is also very quiet and overlooks a garden. There is a supermarket close by if you wish to cater for yourself, and is within walking distance of the market, many eateries, bars and entertainment. I highly recommend this apartment.
