In the heart of the historic center of Padua, the apartment is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. There are the best comforts, there are three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms with shower and if you need an elevator (the apartment is on the first floor). The living area is equipped with an induction kitchen, a table where you can comfortably dine (extendable if necessary). The bathrooms, recently built in a modern style, are equipped with a shower. The apartment is completed by the three spacious bedrooms. There are many comforts, such as 48 '' TV, washing machine, air conditioning, kettle and coffee machine.
Location: the apartment is located in the heart of the city and in a few minutes on foot you are in Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza della Frutta, Palazzo della Ragione, Duomo. In less than 3 minutes walk you are at the famous Scrovegni Chapel, famous for Giotto's frescoes, and in just 7 minutes walk you will arrive at the Basilica del Santo (Sant'Antonio da Padova). Almost every day you can go to the famous city market in Piazza della Frutta and Piazza delle Erbe or under the Palazzo della Ragione. In the evening the choice is maximum and finding a place to dine is really simple: you can choose from the many restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias and bars near the apartment.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area and there are restrictions on the use of cars that can only circulate with permission. The train station is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus or taxi. Remember that Padua is in a strategic position to visit Venice, Verona, Vicenza which can easily be reached by train or bus.

Very nice apartment in a convenient location in Padua. The listing is accurate, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent, check in was easy. The parking is nearby and affordable. We would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment coordinator, Ivan, was extremely kind and helpful. Ivan kept in constant communication to assure that everything went well with our stay. He made all the difference. This apartment is updated, clean and convenient to the city center.

The apartment was extremely clean and simple. We had four adults and a one year old. Ivan provided a crib and high chair for the baby which made the stay with a baby much easier. It was very hot in Padova and the air conditioner was nice to have. It was great to have this apartment for our trip for the week. It was located very close to shopping, train and places to visit. We had no car and we were able to walk everywhere we needed. Taxi pick up was very close also if you need to do more things further away. Couldn't get any better with location. Cafe was a block away for a morning coffee and croissant. Ivan was a great host and was very attentive to anything that came up. Would definitely do this again when we come back. Thank you Ivan!
