Ottima posizione, con portone d'ingresso direttamente in piazza delle Erbè (l'affaccio invece dava sul retro, con vista sui tetti e sui cortili della città vecchia). L'appartamento è ampio, con un'ottima aria condizionata.
La doccia era inutilizzabile perchè l'acqua schizzava da tutte le parti, tranne che verso il basso. Mancava sapone e scorta di carta igienica.
