The apartment is spacious, with a good, clean, comfortable bed. Very good location, in walking distance from shopping areas, city center, church, etc. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils, plates, pots and everything works well.
Cleaning could be improved. The chairs had dark stains and bread crumbs (we took pictures), and they looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. The espresso machine could be replaced as it seemed a little old and beat. The shower cabin is old and it looks like it can be replaced as the doors are not closing properly. The first time we used the toilet, the flush valve stopped working, and we could not flush the toilet. It kept running the whole time we were there. We contacted the property manager, and while they were prompt in responding to our messages and telling us that someone would come the next day, no one showed up. For the 2 nights we were there, the toilet was broken. This is the type of in-wall tank that requires the wall to be broken to fix it. Maybe they just waited for us to leave to do the job. With a couple of things to be replaced and fixed, this place can be a great stay.

Good, quiet location, 15min walk to the centre
- The flat smelled of cigarettes
- The shower drain was blocked so you were standing in the water full of hair while taking a shower
- We paid 10€ for secured parking but the gate remained open throughout the night so I wouldn't really call that secure. I contacted MyPlace with the pictures of the open gate and asked for the refund but they refused to pay as I didn't contact them earlier (today is 4 days after our check out, 1 day after our holidays' finished).
- Their opening hours are from 10 till 18 with an hour break in between so for us it was impossible to reach them during our one night stay to report any issue.
- Would I recommend staying here - NO
