Great solution offered by host

A week before we arrived the owner informed us that our apartment had become unavailable due to a fire in the building. We were offered multiple solutions by the owner, this was a really great solution. We stayed at a different place, so can't review this specific apartment.

Contact with the owner(s) appeared to be somewhat chaotic. Instructions on the other hand were clear

Strongly suggest - overall pretty satisfied

Really good location, really comfortable rooms and spacious. We had plenty of clean towels and amenities.

Coffee capsules should have been more (for example one per person per each day, which was not the case). Also a bit noisy during night at weekends since there is a bridge below the apartment which seems to be a meeting point - but no material.

Very nice apartment, clean and spacious! The host was very nice and answered all of our questions immediately. Location was perfect, quiet but also just a few minutes walk to everything. I recommend this accommodation!

Nice stay - just a few miss steps

Location is amazing, very close to the bars and city center The apt was clean

It is at the second floor with no elevator, but no big deal with this. No coffee or water or anything for small snacking were present in the apt, which I would instead have appreciated. Beauty sets did not look new, would have also appreciated some more things rather than small shampoos and shower soap. Hand soap was filled in with water, fine anyway but... could have been better!

Una estada innolvidable

Ha estat una estada genial. Molt ben situat, apartament maquísskmbi molt còmode. L'assistent de l'agència, Niccolò ha estat súper atent i ens ha ajudat molt. Padova és una ciutat preciosa i molt interessant. Hi tornarem segur.

Appartamento essenziale, comodo e arredato con gusto ma alcune carenze di manutenzione.

La posizione e in generale il quartiere molto bello, curato e tranquillo. L'estetica generale dell'appartamento e gli spazi comodi. L'appartamento poi era dotato dell'essenziale in termini di arredi, strumenti e utensili/elettrodomestici utili nel quotidiano.

Purtroppo ci sono stati disagi iniziali dovuti a lavori di imbiancatura nelle scale del palazzo. Questi hanno causato il filtrare di polveri all'interno dell'appartamento. Oltre a questo però non era stato comunicato a chi si occupa delle pulizie dell'inizio dei lavori ma anche del nostro soggiorno quindi al nostro arrivo l'appartamento risultava non pulito da diversi giorni. Solo dopo un intervento emergenziale delle signore delle pulizie, che ringraziamo, l'appartamento è risultato più in condizione. Altro elemento forse più di valutazione soggettiva riguarda lo stato di manutenzione dell'appartamento che ci è risultato come rinnovato parzialmente di recente (gli infissi rimangono datati) ma con poca cura nei dettagli e rifiniture. Un esempio può essere il lavabo del bagno con il rubinetto che getta troppo direttamente causando schizzi anche sulle prese elettriche forse troppo vicine. Una carenza di manutenzione poi faceva in modo che dal rubinetto del bidet uscisse l'acqua in più direzioni lasciando bagnato. Inoltre il pomello collegato al chiavistello della porta di ingresso ci è rimasto in mano appena provato ad utilizzare rendendo per un attimo difficile l'apertura dall'interno della porta. Imputiamo quindi la situazione in cui ci siamo trovati inizialmente a una mancanza di comunicazione tra i soggetti che gestiscono la struttura e la proprietà.

Pobyt w porządku, apartament z potencjałem, ale wymagający pracy i poprawy czystości.

Apartament znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji, blisko centrum. Bardzo przestronny z dwoma sypialniami, wspaniały do rodzinnych wyjazdów.

W apartamencie było brudno, pod łóżkami znajdowały się rzeczy po poprzednich wynajmujących, w szafkach były bardzo brudne naczynia. Łazienka nie była przyjemna i nie zachęcała do korzystania. Mimo wpisania papieru toaletowego w udogodnienia, apartament zapewniał tylko rolkę na powitanie, takie rzeczy dość mocno utrudniają pobyt.
