The apartment is as per pictures. It is new, clean and very comfortable. The manager is gentle and always available. A bottle of Prosecco was in the fridge, not requested but available (unfortunately we do not drink wine).

Posizione comoda vicino al centro, appartamento confortevole,ben arredato e con a disposizione tutto l’occorrente,macchina caffè e bollitore con cialde e the a disposizione . L’host molto gentile e disponibile. Essendo a piano terra in cortile interno,manca di un minimo di visione esterna che non sia il parcheggio ,che comunque è molto comodo e compreso nel prezzo. Direi tutto ok.
Qualche rumore un po’ fastidioso proveniente dagli scarichi del piano superiore.

Great location, the apartment is modern and spotlessly clean, it was easy to find and the host is extremely responsive to messages and very flexible and friendly.
The location is great and a very short walk from the heart of Padova, close to everything and the apartment is within a secure gated community. Will definitely stay again if I am in Padova.
