Amazing location - few minutes walk to attractions as well as one stop to train station. Spacious apartments - perfect for long stay that you feel home and integrate into local scene.
The building is old, understandably you may hear neighbours from time to time.

Centralità della struttura rispetto alle vie del centro città
Sin dall’inizio del soggiorno, ho dovuto constatare una serie di problemi che ho segnalato tempestivamente: soffione doccia incrostato e sporco, ugello bidet intasato da sabbia, capelli incastrati nel lavabo del bagno, porzione riscaldanti spenti, rilevatore gas in cucina con fuochi pur se obbligatorio assente, canali tv delle piattaforme Rai e Mediaset non visibili, padella con fondo graffiato ed usurata. Ovviamente di tutto ciò con foto allegate ho informato tempestivamente l’assistenza che è intervenuta ed ha preso visione. Per ultimo il check in online obbliga al caricamento di tutti i dati di tutti gli ospiti su loro piattaforma privata (cosa che di prassi è affidata all’host e non ai clienti che esibiscono copia del documento di identità) con una procedura lenta e dispendiosa di tempo, non certo di facile fruizione per chi non ha dimestichezza con le attività digitali. La società che gestisce l’ospitalità è intervenuta prendendo atto di quanto segnalato con garbo e professionalità.
