About this apartment rental
Luxury, gorgeous 100mq apartment in the hearth of Padua, overlooking the magnificent Palazzo della Ragione and Piazza delle Erbe, one of the main suggestive squares of Padua.
The apartment is a great solution for a family or a group of friends: It is comfortable for visiting the most interesting places and monuments in the center of Padua on foot, going out for an aperitif in the square, or dinner in the historic Osterie in the historic Jewish Ghetto. Everything is within walking distance!
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
• At the entrance, a few steps will take you to a splendid living room with exposed beams, charming ancient paintings on the walls, two comfortable sofas plus two large windows with an enviable view of Piazza delle Erbe, Palazzo della Ragione and the Town hall.
• The kitchen (separate from the living room) is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need for cooking and eating (dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans), including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
• The sleeping area is located at the back of the apartment, therefore it is very quiet. It consists of: a master bedroom with a double king-size bed and a large en suite personal bathroom with shower; a second bedroom with two separate single beds, a large wardrobe, a second attached bathroom with shower .
There is also a washing machine and a drying rack.
• From both bedrooms there is access to a small private balcony overlooking the silent internal courtyard.
The apartment is located on the first floor with elevator in a charming 18th-century building, in the very heart of Padova, via Delle Piazze 12, pedestrian area.
Close to Taxi and Bus stops, the railway station is only 15-minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus and it is easy to get from the apartment. The supermarket PAM is open all week, from morning to evening right in the Piazza, 2 minutes walk from the house.

Spectacular apartment in a wonderful location. Beautifully furnished. And kitchen well equipped. .Could have not asked for a finer accomadation. Thanks to all of you and your great communication with us all along the way. You made it so easy. We appreciate it. Definitely recommend this place. Also the elevator was nice

WiFi excellent, great A/C…additional charge but we just used in the bedroom. Had an issue with building changing street door lock and Isabella solved it within an hour.

You can’t ask for a better location! The apartment is beautiful. Since cars without permits aren’t allowed to drive into city center without being fined, Sara gave us an address of a pay-per-night parking garage in city center that takes care of the fine. It’s about an easy 7-minute walk from garage through porticos to the beautiful apartment. Fantastico!

The apartment in Padua was very clean, beautifully furnished and right in the center of downtown. Wonderful people to deal with, great experience. We will be returning soon!
