Filthy, Unsafe, and Completely Misrepresented – Do Not Stay Here

This apartment was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. When I arrived, the place was filthy — the towels and bedding were dirty and smelled awful, as if they hadn’t been washed in ages. The pillows and mattress were stained, and I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The so-called “kitchen” was bizarrely built into a wardrobe, completely impractical and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were visible blood splatters and stains on the walls and even the ceiling. It was honestly disturbing and made me question the safety and cleanliness of the entire property. The lighting was terrible — out of nine light fixtures, only three had working bulbs, making the whole place dark and depressing. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all. The login details at reception and the ones in the room didn’t match, and neither set worked, so I was left with no internet access throughout my stay. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from how it was advertised. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else — this place should not be available for guests in its current condition.

Good location.

The location was convenient, close to the train station, and there was a beautiful park nearby where we spent a few hours waiting to receive the keys at exactly 4 PM. 😅

Unfortunately, we couldn’t connect to the WiFi due to an unclear, handwritten password that had multiple corrections and was hard to read. We were also unable to establish proper contact with the host, despite reaching out for clarification. In the kitchen, there was a sign stating that guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and taking out the garbage. Otherwise there is a penalty 25 €. While we, of course, cleaned up after ourselves, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Good but needs some changes

It’s a lovely place and good location by the station. The staff was very lovely and allowed for an early check in.

The check in is crazy late, especially with the check out being at 10:00. Also the bed was completely destroyed, the wooden planks were hardly in place and there was no blanket, just a bedsheet to cover yourself.

We had no WiFi for the entire 2 night duration of our stay. Reported it to the manager who appeared to have initiated a request to the technician, and despite declaring that it had been fixed, this was not the case.

The host seemed nice on the phone

Not recommendable! -we couldnt reach the host per phone, after she gave us instructions how to get in the apartment. They are only available for a few hours during the day -the towels were wet, when we arrived -the airconditioning didnt work -the couch and the bed sheets were smelling sweaty -the neighboorhood is really unfriendly -the bathroom was flooded in the morning -the bed was not very comfortable Really not to recommend

Location very good. Rooms small but clean. Good for spending the night in Padova. Bathroom very nice. Spacious shower. Good location - 10 minute walk from center. Parking options available right in front of property. We were also told there is a public garage nearby.

The rooms can sleep 4 but for more than one night that situation is quite cramped. In our room the sofa bed was in the kitchen. Personally, I don't appreciate having to take my rubbish out before I leave but we were asked to do so. We also had to leave 2 euros per person for tax purposes.

Very good location close to city center as well as to train station. It was easy to find and access to the appt. Appt was nice, clean. We spent there 2nigths, 2 adults and 2 kids and have to say reasonable accomodation for that price.There is parking spots right next to the entrance always with some free space.

The fee for parking was quite expensive. It was 21€ per day. You can pay by coins or by card.

The location is very good, and the apartment was comfortable. The availability of Netflix was a nice surprise. The room is nicely furnished and clean

The were some minor issue such as lack of electric kettle and the fact that the neighbourhoos wad quite noisy due to a baskeball field right outside the window. Unfortunately there was one bigger issue - contact with the host. During arrival there were some problems, but quickly resolved. However after check out I was unable to contact the host for the purpose of issuing the invoice. I sent messages through e-mail and booking.com - all unanswered.

Clean deal

The room was big enough and clean, bed was comfy, it had amongst other things a fridge, wine glasses and coffee machine. It was quiet and close to the railway and bus station. The aircon was good (and quiet)

Why put in letters saying DREAM and have bedside lamps shaped like hearts if you also have posters and messages saying , if you don’t clean the cooking plates you’ll get fined 20 euros if you do something stupid with the toilet they charge you 100 € etc. Also the city tax in Padova is less than what they say you have to leave on the table when you check out, Why not just charge a little more in the first place? Don’t seperate the two costs and pretend that your place has got nothing to do with it.
