Nous étions 4 prévus, il n’y avait ( draps serviettes) que pour deux Nous sommes restés dans le hall à attendre le code de la boite des clés qu’on avait oublié de nous transmettre

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, proprio in pieno centro di Padova. lo spazio è pulito, spazioso e ben suddiviso. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

The location was great, central near everything.
The service/rental was available by whatsap. The house was dirty (floor, cutlery) and we didn’t have linens and towels for everyone. I had to call the service so they could refill the house with these suplies. We were asked to be in the house during one hour to receive some service provider to do some repair or check the bathroom. We were not able to stay and wait. The checkout was between 10h and 11h but we received a message at noon saying that we should have left before 11h, the cleaning service was there and found our bags there…
