The apartment was very cosy, clean and secure. I like the environment as it was very close to transport and city centre.

The only thing I did not like was the bed. I would have given a rating of exceptional but because the bed was very uncomfortable as it was missing some bed frame slats. It made the mattress not to be straight thereby causing the the body not to be properly aligned when lying on the bed.. which had caused me so much discomfort and pain the first night so we ended up using the sofa bed instead for the rest of our stay.

N/A regarding keys; used door link on main door and code on apartment door. Did have trouble since I didn't have wifi. Luckily, my friend who lives 4 doors down on the same street had wifi; I hooked up to hers, and ran to my main door to open with the link. N/A regarding breakfast. This is an apartment.

Door code on main door just as the door to the apartment would have been easier since wifi not required with code.

Ottima posizione, ottima accessibilità essendo a piano terra. Molto silenziosa essendo all’interno di una corte privata.

L'appartamento è bello ed è accogliente, il servizio clienti è molto solerte e gentile.

Considerato che l'appartamento fa parte di una categoria ricettiva abbastanza alta (lo si intuisce dalla qualità di lenzuola e asciugamani, dai prodotti di cortesia messi a disposizione etc) non capisco il motivo per il quale la struttura vende gli appartamenti ad un prezzo basso per poi costringere al pagamento di 40€ extra per le pulizie, costo che (a dispetto delle convinzioni del servizio clienti) non è affatto segnalato in modo appropriato al momento della prenotazione. Non sarebbe più onesto semplicemente aumentare il costo della permanenza invece che addebitare una somma extra che dovrebbe comunque essere compresa nel costo? In questo modo permettereste al cliente di scegliere in autonomia se spendere di più per una struttura che, in piena onestà, ha tutto il diritto di essere venduta ad un prezzo più alto, o risparmiare scegliendo un altro tipo di struttura ricettiva. Penso che il vostro sia un serio errore di comunicazione, considerando anche che nel riepilogo fornito da Booking in seguito alla prenotazione l'unico costo che viene indicato come ancora da corrispondere è quello della tassa di soggiorno.
