The host provided us with lots of useful information, and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The coffee machine and biscuits were an added bonus. I highly recommend it!

Appartamento molto ben curato, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto… fantastico oltre le mie aspettative anche se lo si intuiva dalle molteplici recensioni sul 9 e 10….. Il proprietario ha dato tutte le informazioni corrette , prima dell’arrivo via mail, per decidere in libertà se fermarsi oppure cambiare meta senza alcuna spesa ……serve leggere un paio di minuti le info che già si dovrebbero leggere dal sito , ma che spesso per velocità di non perdere l’occasione si tralasciano… Colazione molto ben fornita, con un bel po di leccornie, proprietari molto attento, professionale e gentile, disponibilissimo. Nulla inerente all’appartamento, ma se proprio dovessi fare un critica ( dal mio punto di vista certamente migliorativa e costruttiva) la farei al sito di intermediazione, non spiega benissimo la differenza fra sub-totale e totale e alcune info basilari per il buon viaggio, che potrebbero dar adito a fraintendimenti. Il proprietario, persona che sa mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti, da tutte le info inerenti città e altro pur restando molto attento alla privacy di ciascun ospite.

Dolly is a spacious apartment where I was moved when the one I booked became unavailable due to unforeseen personal circumstances. The owner was very procative in locating me and explaining the situation, even offering a taxi to go to the new location, farther away from the original one, but walkable. I ended in a luminous flat with great spaces that I could only use for a night rest but would be comfortable for a long family stay in Padua. The host offered coffee and a few things for breakfast.

The apartment is confortable, quite big, 2 rooms , 1 bathroom, equiped kitchen. Parking ok. Nearby 2 ATMs, rather close to Prado.

After the booking I received immediately an e- mail informing me about an extra charge of 20 Eur for the check-in after 16.00 P.M. due to Saint Mary holiday. In an ordinary day it was 10 eur after 18.00 and 20 eur after 20.00. All these info was received after the booking process was finished. The owner insists that is a publuc info on the site but it isn't. We have to wait about 20- 30 min for somebody to come with the key. The breakfast ( for 4 persons)consisted in 4 small yogurts , 4 biscuits, a few small toast bred, milk, juice and water. The coffee was good. Our short stay for a night was ok but we didn ' t feel welcomed rather disturbing.
