About this apartment rental
Bartolino is a recently renovated apartment located on the mezzanine floor (half flight of stairs) of a house with only 4 apartments. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, consists of entrance hall, large living room / kitchen with TV and sofa bed (140x200), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and a bathroom. with washing machine. The neighborhood is very quiet although it is close to the main communication routes and the station.
My family and I have renovated the apartment according to our taste and needs. Since we currently have no plans to use it directly, we thought that, given its proximity to the train / bus station, it could well satisfy the needs of tourists and workers looking to feel "at home".
The living area consists of a large living room with TV and sofa bed and a complete kitchen equipped with everything we believe will serve you: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. A little salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available.
In the living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on restaurants in the area.
The living room / kitchen leads to the terrace, where you can hang clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed). In the living room there is also one of the two air conditioners in the house: the other is in the corridor, between the entrance doors to the two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with storage compartment under the mattress and a 5-door wardrobe, inside which you will also find brooms, vacuum cleaners, pillows and additional blankets.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80x200) with a storage compartment under the mattress, and an area with a coat hanger area hidden by a curtain, behind which you will find a 3-door chest of drawers but also iron, ironing board, and clothesline.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. In the bathroom you will find towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo always at your disposal.
In the small space between the bedrooms and the bathroom there is a mirrored wardrobe, inside which you will find household cleaners at your disposal and space for your beauty cases.
Bartolino has radiant floor heating already set for maximum comfort. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters (with wall controls).

This location was perfect for us! We wanted a location near the train station. It’s about an easy 10 minute walk. The market is around the corner. The neighbors were friendly! We had great communication from the host!! This location had everything we needed in it. We had a wonderful stay!

Very clean accommodations, free parking, and a great location. Padova is a great city to explore, but this location is also right next to train station for easy day trips to Venice. There is a market right around the corner, and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Also, there is a great city park around the corner if you are travelling with young children.
Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Albertos lovely flat. The neighbors are very friendly. Nearby the house ist a small park with a basketball and a soccer ground, the city centre with a lot of bars, shops and restaurants ist about ten minutes by feet. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy life!
