We were unable to get into our paid for room because there was no receptionist there. There was a note saying that the reception was closing at 12:30 that day, even though our check-in time was not until 4 pm.

Great staff & parking. I was glad to be able to do my laundry, but the process was more difficult than it should be. One washing machine was down, and the dryer was programmed to turn off after 30 minutes.

We did not stay due to the fact we could get no food or drink anywhere near hotel,check in person tried and could find nothing I tried to tell hotels. We stayed only one night to break in half the long trip to our final destination, but we have had a great experience and we are definitely glad for choosing this place, also considering that we had chosen the same place as a one-night-stop for our trip back home.
