Basic but clean accommodation opposite Padua station.

The location right opposite the train station suited our needs even though the area is a bit sketchy. The shower was excellent- lots of hot water. Room was simple but comfortable.

Bedspreads had stains on it. Everything else was super clean.

Perfect location, spacious room, big bathroom, but walls thin, no Wi-Fi.

I stayed here for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is perfect, just opposite Padova Station, making it very convenient for travel. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and clean. The only downside was the thin wall partition — you can clearly hear conversations from the next room, so it may not suit light sleepers. There’s no Wi-Fi due to the distance from the train station, as the host explained. Otherwise, it’s a good stay with a great location and comfortable space.

Not sound proof. Can hear next door anytime and especially middle of night. Not advisable for Light sleeper.

Neat, clean, and convenient at a very reasonable price.

The apartment was very spacious; lots more room than I expected. It was clean, tidy, bright and sparsely furnished. Being located opposite the main railway station was convenient for catching a train out of town or a tram into the city centre. Once I received the directions (with photos), the room was easy to find and access. There was no breakfast, but the price reflected that. There was a coffee machine in the lobby if one needed that and there are cafes nearby. Communication from the owner was very thorough.

The walls are a bit thin so I could hear the TV and noises from the room next to mine, but otherwise it was pleasantly quiet. No noises from the street or station nearby.

Big rooms … clean Train stations across the road Unlike my friend stay in same kind of hotel next door I was give access code with much more ease then he had (poor guy had to make numerous phone calls and beg)

It was a shit show. No WiFi. No check-in instructions. No English-speaking staff. Sleepless night.

All the cleanliness is fading compared to other things happened during our stay.

Before arriving, the staff asked us to provide estimated arrival time and gave no check-in instructions except the address (which is already on Booking). We contacted the staff by phone number (we didn't have internet while travelling) with our arrival time and got no reply. When we arrived, we stopped at the huge building with entrance coded and no staff around. At the same time, another guest came to check-in, and she had the check-in instructions. We called the staff and got very messy instructions from poorly English-speaking person. Reaching the room, we found out that there is no WiFi connection. We called again and was told that there is no internet connection on the floor. Which is not true because another hotel HH&BB is located on the same floor, and we found their protected WiFi. To calm down a bit, we had a walk around Padova, which appeared to be a very interesting touristic spot. Came back to the hotel and started watching a movie, we got interrupted by loud voices of the neighbours. In fact, they were not loud, it was the walls so thin that if you poop your neighbours will hear every noise. We accepted audibility wisely because we stay just 1 night, and the neighbours will probably go to sleep soon. That's what we thought. After 10 pm our neighbours started to behave even loudly, smoke and listen to the music. We contacted the staff again by phone (we don't have internet) but got a reply in Italian with no idea what does it mean. Given the fact that the party lasted almost the whole night, we were not heard and helped.

Spatious room next to the train station

Very convenient location just by the train station. Our room was very spatious and even had a balcony (though there is not much of a view). The host is very nice and helped us get into the building via code (I recommend having WhatsUp to communicate with her - she sends messages in Italian so if you don't speak that language you'll need to use translator :)). Everything was clean in the room. I was a bit worried reading the reviews here and on google but there was no problem at all. There is a great bakery near the building - just go out and go to the left about 20m (it's on the corner), those croissants were heavenly!

There is no wifi (wifi is not on the list of what is available but in 2023 in Europe you kind of expect having it everywhere) - it was fine with us since we had enough data but it may be an issue for someone. Plus the host communicates via Whatsup so you need to have internet connection anyway - we wouldn't be able to get into the building without her sending us a code and giving us instructions where to find the keys. The walls are paper thin - there was someone in the room next to us and we heard EVERY SINGLE WORD and a lot of coughing. Make sure to take earplugs with you. I was glad we only stayed one night.

Very well priced for quick access to trains to Venice.

Exceptionally convenient to train. Quiet overnight from street noise. Provided access to fresh water in the reception area. Instructions to arrive and enter was clear and helpful. Although the owner spoke no english, a translate app was easy enough to manage. Air conditioners were very effective.

Although the room was marked as non smoking, a previous occupant had. The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. Trying to coverup the smell with room deodoriser just made the room more pungent. Pillows and bedding also had the smell of smoke.

We called the number mentioned on the door. A friendly voice answered and gave us the code, so we could leave our bags in the 'house' on the 4th floor. In the evening we met the lady who organises this rental. She was very friendly.

Check in could have been easier. The lady kept calling my mobile phone which wasn't set up to receive international calls. She seemed to want to give codes and check in info via phone rather than by text/email which would have been a lot more convenient.

It was difficult to get into the hotel and get ahold of staff, which we found difficult to understand when communicating We never received an email regarding payment, it was stated we could pay at the property but no one is at the property so after many attempts to get ahold of the property manager we were told until we paid over the phone no codes would be given so we sat in a dark hallway outside until the info was sent and received
