Nice and comfy for short stay

The rooms were cosy, spacious and comfortable. The location is good, it is not so far from the city center. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay.

The toilet cabin should be cleaned better because it has mold in the corners and limescale stains. But everything else was clean and didn't affect our stay so much.

Good place for one time.

Beautiful building, room and bathroom were good and clean. Staff at breakfast professional, smiley and very polite.

A bit spartan… I asked to do check-in later than the time and they told me they would close. So we had to pay a taxi, miss an appointment and rearrange our evening to accommodate them. But when we came back (at the time we anticipated!) they were still there at the reception and the door was open… We were really disappointed!

The room was big. There is a free parking for those travelling by car. The location is outside the city center and the last bus is around 8:30. We were there just for a night and by car so it was a good much for us. The breakfast could be better.

We are very satisfied with the cleanliness, as well as with the reception at the hotel, also the location is ok. It is very good that the hotel has free parking, as well as a restaurant nearby. The staff was excellent and suportive.

The breakfast could have been better, in the sense of a better and more varied offer, because every day is the same, but basically it's okay. I also think that it is not good to accept groups of teenagers and the like in the hotel because it is inevitable that they disturb the peace in the hotel, that is, they make a lot of noise both in the very early morning hours and in the late evening hours.

Almost perfect, but not quite.

The check in was easy, the staff helpful and polite and the room was huge, clean and felt new. Breakfast was included and there was a great choice. Location was OK, we drove from the hotel to the park and tram 5 minutes away which is super easy way into town.

The bathroom was terrible - the toilet was loose and did not fit correctly so moved about all the time and there was a constant smell of raw sewerage - the only way to stop it was to have the extractor fan (and light) running all night long, this ruined the stay for us as apart from this it was perfect.

Superb

Long time for check in, very clean and comfortable rooms with privacy. Breakfast was great, continental. They had parking in front. Hotel is 40 min walking distance from the city center, nice walk.

We had a room near the outside ventilation units and they were very loud (it sounded like a washing machine). As I am a light sleeper, it bothered me.

We had a bedspread with a blood stain on it. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. When we came for breakfast, we got leftovers, they didn't fill the buffet with cheese and ham, everything was almost empty, and breakfast still lasted at least 1 hour.
