Comfortable furnitures, quiet neighbourhoods with nice access to the center.

The main bed is noisy. Parking is outside the building in the street.

Good appartment and nice owner. Appartmen was clean, well equipped, with terrace in a quiet neighborhood . Free parking by house. It is about 35 minutes walk from the center. Appartment has a room with a dining table and chairs, a small kitchenette, a TV, a couch, corridor, room with a refrigerator and microwave, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, a bed and a wardrobe and terrace. Good place for short stay ( if you want to eat only in restaurant, it is good place for long stay too).

For cooking there are two older single plates. It is uncomfortable for cooking or preparing drinks too, too long waiting for hot water. It will be helpful to have kettle :)

Detailed instructions received from owner. Key in the safe box. Parking in garden next door or in front of the appartment. The appartment was big enough and well equiped. Was great - and good value - for a one night stay during our trip in Italy.

The beds were creacking a little. The kitchen is basic and would need some refurbishng, The windows can only be closed or fully opened, no ventilation.

The kitchen and bathroom were dated and quite dirty, they need renovation. The fridge and microwave were dirty, too. There was only one chair on the terrace and the table was dirty too.

Perfect apartment for an overnight stay and even longer

Padovai városnézéshez tökéletes.

Csendes, nyugodt környék. Parkolás (ingyenes) nem okoz gondot. A belváros busszal könnyen és olcsón megközelíthető. Viszonylag közel Lidl. Ár-érték arányban kivalló.

Tökéletesen megfelel az ajánlatban leírtaknak, könnyen elérhető autóval, pontos instrukciók a szállás elfoglalásához. Csendes lakóövezetben, 7-8 perc autóútra a városközponttól.. A matracok kényelmesek. 2 klíma is van, rovarhálók az ablakokon nagy szolgálatot tesznek.

A konyhai felszereltség eléggé régimódi, illetve a wi-fi jelerőssége gyenge volt.

La posizione comoda per parcheggiare la macchina è raggiungere il centro coi mezzi pubblici. La terrazzina è molto piacevole per aperitivi ecc.

Alla cucinetta servono più utensili e attrezzi per cucinare. La pulizia nel ripostiglio non era ottima.

Ci fosse stata l'acqua calda sarebbe stato molto meglio

Dimensioni dell'appartamento, abbastanza recente come costruzione. Letto comodo con coperte adeguate. Dimensioni tv buona.

Mancanza di acqua calda, fatto presente al gestore che ha risolto solo parzialmente il problema. Piastre per cucinare non idonee. Pulizia dei locali non sufficiente.

Posizione comoda abbastanza vicina alla fermata del tram

Ci sono stati problemi con la doccia , non usciva l’acqua calda e ho fatto 2 docce gelate. A un certo punto sembrava che uscisse ma poi diventava di nuovo fredda mentre mi stavo lavando con tutti i disagi del caso. Solo nella doccia c’era questo problema, infatti dal lavandino usciva l’acqua calda.
