The most wishful place to stay in once again

We were fascinated with our host, who was so caring and friendly Location is also good The whole apartment is tremendously huge (we liked it) It was clean and neat, we liked the style of the apartment, its modern thought with the respect to the history Our awesome host left us some l’occitane samples (that was really thoughtful for three traveling girls)

The property is located in the centrum of Padova. Very high standard, it has everything what you need. The owner pays attention to the details like a lot of candles and very nice smell.

Excellent, very comfortable, home from home Would definitely return

Very central location. A lot of thought had gone into ensuring there was everything we needed in the apartment. Overall quality of furniture & furnishings was very high quality beds. The host was very helpful, and even booked restaurant s for us.

The stairs to the apartment and some in the apartment were a little challenging because I have a recent mobility issue. In normal circumstances they wouldn’t presented a problem .There is no lift.

We had a wonderful stay at a clean spacious and centrally located apartment!

Luigi is a wonderful host. We were able to communicate easily before our arrival and he was waiting at the front of the property to welcome us. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. There were special touches like snacks, bottled water, toiletries and detergents for all the appliances. Luigi had restaurant recommendations and beautiful books about the local sights in the apartment. After nearly 2 weeks of hotel stays, it was really nice to have so much space. The washer and dryer were great conveniences, too. I highly recommend Altinate33.

Great apartment with a unique atmosphere

Great, spacious apartment with a unique atmosphere. It was equipped with all the necessary things and even much more. There were two bathrooms with lots of nice cosmetics, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and air conditioning. Our host took care of many details, such as beautiful home fragrances, a book with useful tips ( f.ex. on sightseeing, shopping and local gastronomy), and even some gifts for guests. What's interesting about bedrooms: one is above Via Altinate, with a small balcony, so if you like you can watch and hear the sounds of the avenue and take in the atmosphere of the Padova from your room. At the same time, the second bedroom is at the other end of the apartment and is very quiet, so you can choose which one suits you better. What's more, our location was close to all the places we wanted to see. We spent a beautiful time there and we hope to come back there once again.

Perfect apartment and very helpful host in a great city.

This place was fantastic- great location, beautiful apartment with lots of generous touches such as wine and beer in fridge, lovely shower gel and soaps and loads of helpful information on Padova and nearby areas and local restaurants and eateries. I could easily stay here for a week or two!

Luigi is the perfect host and was helpful in many ways.

The central location was good for getting around, including being very close to a tram stop. Having both a washer and a dryer in the apartment was truly wonderful, and in our experience is rare in European rentals. The apartment has secure digital locks and we felt very safe. Luigi's apartment is well-stocked with travel brochures and books about Padova, as well as many recommendations for restaurants and activities. He was kind enough to book some restaurant reservations, which was very helpful. There are individual air conditioners in the rooms, which worked well.

This apartment, while beautiful and centrally located, is not for the physically challenged. There are 46 stairs to get to the apartment as well as stairs within the apartment between levels. There are two bedrooms, but the front bedroom is close to a busy street and the ancient floors are very creaky, so we slept in the back bedroom.

Exceptional

Big and lovely flat, very comfortable and great interior design. We really enjoyed spending some time here and if we come back we'll definitely choose Altinate 33 again. We visited Padua and Venice, and after a full day in Venice we were so grateful to be back to the calm of the flat and the neighborhood. It really felt like a home away from home. In addition, the flat is within a walking distance to Padua's main attractions and the train station.
