Short family getaway

Location next to tram stop and numerous cafes , shops..owner is very welcoming and friendly. Kitchen facility. Private parking. Self check in.

Bed was too soft and pillows the same..water pressure in the shower wasn’t to my expectation. I couldn’t get any warm/hot water in the kitchen for washing dishes. Toilet paper holder about to fall off. No Moca pot coffee maker only capsule machine. Only 3 capsules were provided and I wasn’t sure which capsules to buy so we had espresso across the street. Tram noise wasn’t bothering me at all but the night before 1.11 some party of drunk people were in the street for quite some time at night singing and talking loud..

Really comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, but there wasn't a kettle. Fantastic beds in the bedroom, but the bed in salon could be better. Close to the center of town.

Very clean. Good facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. Bus and tram stop opposite accommodation. Very good location for travelling by public transport. The owner was excellent at communicating. We had all the instructions we needed and they were very helpful with directions to the property. Thank you!

Great location for the tram and to walk to town. There were bars and restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets a short walk away. The air con was useful in August!

The sofa bed is uncomfortable, the mattress needs replacing if more than 2 people are staying in Villa Zen 2.

Parking at the house is very convenient. The apartments are clean and comfortable. For a family with two children, it is quite spacious. Opposite the house there is a café, a pastry shop.

Exceptional accommodation

Quick and easy contactless check-in and check-out. Contact with the hosts has been very easy and cordial at all times, which is always appreciated. We were in Padova for a few days to attend a wedding and visit the city. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: Easy private parking in front of the property. Beautiful terrace, very well maintained and full of pretty plants. Modern and spacious apartment, provided with all the necessary utensils. Fully functional kitchen. Flat screen TV, very large and modern. Good internet connection. The location is very good, right in front of the tram stop. Numerous shops and services around (bars, tobacco shop, pharmacies, supermarkets). Very nice area to walk and relax next to the river. Quite close to the center, only a pleasant 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride.

The bed was not so comfortable (for a tall guy) and we missed some extra blanket. But overall it was not a big deal.

Location is great, tram station is across the street, and in 5 min you can be in city center 😀 Also there is a bar and a bakery across the street. You can park the car in front of the house. The owner is very helpful.

Not bad, not good

Location is great, near tram station. There are shops and bakery nearby. The apartment has a lot of space and it is on ground floor. It is well equiped with appliances (microwave, iron, ironing board, washing machine, fridge, feezer, 2 AC units, oven and stove, electric water kettle). The apartment looks new.

Sleeping on the couch was absolutely terrible. Even the slitghest move with head or hand on the couch would make it squeak. It was uncomfortable. There is also problem with ants in the kitchen. If there is some food nearby they will appear over night ( and a lot of them). Some walls are moleded and there is moldy smell in the apartment.

We loved staying right by the main tram line to Padua (5 mins to city center) in a cozy home

We loved the location ... right next to the main line into Padua. We could easy buy and ticket from the local tabac and head on into Padua. Tram is safe and clean and easy to use. We loved the apartment as it was large and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Stefano was on hand by phone if we needed him. The aircon in the rooms didnt really work upstairs in the apex room...but sure open the window and you are fine!!

Bad

The location was ideal for us and our needs. Unfortunately everything else was very poor

The flat was not properly cleaned and as we have a little daughter, so we cleaned it. There were ants everywhere in the flat, many ones dead in the corners or under the curtains which were so long to be on the floor all the time. The carpet under the sofa was so full of dust that we had the feeling that the flat has not properly cleaned for a long time. The whole flat needs a good refresh as it seems to have been left without proper painting for a long time. The front door was missing the handle, so we had to slam the door to close it. The host replied if we were annoyed by the "aesthetic" of having a handle on the door... The Host was very fast to reply to our questions and requests, but he cannot expect that people going on holiday are there waiting to see when all the bits and pieces to be sorted out, It is normal to expect some clean place where to stay without having to ask for help so many times. We did not feel he was caring much. We were not told were to put the rubbish, we had to ask this one too. The heating system had a broken control unit and we had no instructions on how to use it, so we did not touch it. Overall very bad experience and we do not recommend it to anyone.

beautiful & very clean apt, better than a 5 star hotel!!

the apt is very nice, clean and cozy. the manager is professional & friendly. the building is placed in a quite residential area, very well connected to city centre (public transport's stop is just in front of the site!). perfect location for a Venice tour (just 30 min by train, which costs less than € 5). will definitely come back asap!

Io ci vengo spesso a Padova e questo appartamento per me è il top tappa fissa ,funziona tutto accogliente con una bellissima pasticceria difronte da poterti coccolare ..

A essere pignola l unico e dico l unico punto è il riscaldamento a pavimento che ci mette un pochino a riscaldare ma per il resto non potrei trovare nessuna altra nota negativa ..

La posizione molto buona, di fronte al tram che porta al centro di Padova in circa 10-15 min.

Una brutta esperienza purtroppo. Arriviamo, per poi trovare un ragno e ragnatele per tutta la camera, ma la cosa grave é stata la polvere… polvere ovunque e in quantità preoccupanti molto evidenti appena si arriva nel disimpegno (come in foto). Questo problema della polvere é stato presente un po’ ovunque nell’appartamento, in particolare in camera (sono allergica, mi ha recato asma). Non é un appartamento ben fornito, nonostante sia molto spazioso per due persone, non c’è un tagliere o una qualsiasi situazione per tagliare ad esempio, o un semplice scottex per pulirsi o asciugarsi dopo aver lavato i piatti, cosa che per una comune cucina disponibile per l’utilizzo é piuttosto essenziale. Il phone non aveva l’adattatore e ci siamo arrangiati per asciugarci i capelli, quando chiesto al proprietario ci ha risposto dicendo che ci fosse prima e quindi cercare ovunque… Alcune prese come quelle in bagno non sembravano funzionare correttamente se non per nulla. Due asciugamani a persona per un soggiorno di 4 giorni, uno per le mani, uno per il bidet. E uno per la doccia? Anche la pressione della testa della doccia lascia molto a desiderare… Il sapone era una mini boccetta a testa… ci siamo lavati i piedi con quelli… per poi dover prendere un sapone come si dovesse. Dopo tutti questi problemi ci siamo adattati avendo avuto necessità di rispettare la nostra tabella di marcia e quindi rassegnarci alla sorte delle nostre condizioni. Quando il proprietario ha chiesto di lasciare sul tavolo dell’appartamento gli ulteriori 15 € della tassa di soggiorno dopo aver accettato ho approfittato per dirgli del problema della polvere ricevendo una strana risposta di stupore da parte sua… “accidenti!” piuttosto ambigua “Parlerò a chi va a pulire”. Ha chiesto poi informazioni e ho spiegato ulteriormente i problemi.

Appartamento bello ed accogliente con parcheggio libero di fronte alla struttura. Cucina completa. Spazi ampi. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile.
