Not a pleasant experience

Great location

The apartment wasn’t clean and it was pretty run down with a broken door handles and hole on the wall. It was also very cold with no possibility to increase the rooms temperature as the thermostat was blocked. We rented from them last year and it was a much better experience

Clean and spacious, decently equipped, sparsly furnished apartment, in a great central location.

The location is very central and easily accessible. Parking is not plentiful, but was also not a big problem - better than I would have expected for such a central location. The apartment is pretty spacious.

The apartment is very "raw" - the walls are naked, the floors are naked, it is very light on furniture and it just seems a bit cold and quickly slapped together. The kitchen could be better equipped.

Security features, spacious enough for 4 people.

No air condition in the bedrooms. That is why we need to open the window that seem to lead the insects to enter the bedroom that caused skin irritations to me and my husband.

Spacious and clean property in a great location

The location was very good - close to the center but not too loud. The property was spacious and really looked as described on Booking. The host was very nice and was waiting for us outside the property at the agreed arrival time. We were also always able to find a parking space nearby.

It was a bit dark (small windows), the main bedroom had windows inside a patio and the balcony was really small (and also inside rather dark patio). But we did not spend too much time in the apartment so it did not bother us.

Exceptional

We had a really good 3 nights in Padova. The place is very spacious with two seperate bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful views to the garden. It is right in the city center and finding a parking space was still not a problem. The check in was easy and the communication with Filippo and Marian was very friendly and easy. We needed more toilet paper and dishwasher tabs and they provided them quickly. Very recommended, we'll come back here next time we're in Padova.

A week meeting italian friends in padua.

The appartment has a great location. We are regularly in Padua and like this part of the city. It is spacious but very basicly furnitured.

We had the impression it was quickly renovated, i.e. the bathroom is just painted.

Good location, but not the service

Location

The apartment definitely needs refurbishment! It was not properly cleaned as well! The master bedroom windows face the wall of another building, which would be ok, but they also have the air conditioning system there for the house which makes a lot of noise... So if one wants clean and quite place it is not definitely this apartment.

Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar- Tram in der Nähe

Küchenausstattung war zum Kochen zu sparsam eingerichtet- Töpfe nur mit Zwischenplatte für den Induktionsherd - dadurch lange Kochzeit. Keine Geschirrtücher, kein Backofen wie beschrieben. Eine Kapselkaffeemaschine sollte einfach so benannt werden- sonst alles bestens . Die hohen Stufen zu den Zimmern sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.

De ruimte an sich was prima aan oppervlakte.

Koelkast die slecht werkte/ airco die lekte/ wifi die uitviel, rare geur in de badkamer en in de ochtend opeens geen warm water meer in de keuken. Ook de afwasmachine had er geen zin in… Moet wel gezegd worden dat het meisje meteen in actie kwam toen ik aan had gegeven wat er mis was en er dezelfde dag nog een monteur was voor de airco en de wifi!

Ruim, slapen aan de tuinkant (Casa Francesca) is rustig, instructies duidelijk

Het was erg warm in de kamers en er zijn geen horren en dus muggen
