About this house rental
conveniently located 50 million of the best shops (vegetables, possonniers, supermarket) and 300 M from the beach in very quiet street in the historic district of Lacanau.
The holiday home is 2 houses, the house (which contains 3 bedrooms + 1 living room + kitchen, bathroom) and a garden background maisonette consists of a fully equipped kitchen with terrace, bedroom adult + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - sleeps 4) The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the terrace of 50 sqm which is the junction between the two houses.
very functional house ideal for 2-3 families with children or very large family.
Everything can be done on foot (including the beach), cycling, near all amenities and beach but both away from the nightlife.
The Villa is one of the oldest houses in Lacanau, it is located in the historical district and quoted in the blue- large garden + outdoor shower guide

then there is a market of 100 million that quality products, fish, vegetables, bread, cheese, etc. Everything is within reach.

La maison correspond exactement à la description qui en est faite dans l'annonce.
Nous y avons passé un super séjour à deux familles avec des enfants, l'emplacement est absolument idéal et la terrasse y est la pièce principale, géniale du matin au soir.
La douche chaude extérieure est vraiment un super petit plus, adorée des petits comme des grands!
seul mini bémol, l'absence de salle a manger intérieure ou s'assoir facilement tous ensembles en cas de pluie.
Dans tous les cas un lieu chaleureux ou passer d'excellentes vacances en famille.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Lacanau, faisant tous nos déplacements à pied: plages, restaurants, commerces, loueurs de vélo sont à proximité, nous n’avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine. Et la maison est néanmoins au calme dans un joli quartier de villas. Équipement parfait. La douche extérieure est agréable.
Seul bémol: les matelas sont vétustes et mous, à savoir si vous avez tendance à souffrir du dos. Ce serait appréciable que ces matelas soient changés, notamment dans la maison principale (chambre attenante à la cuisine) et tous ceux de l’annexe.
Accueil très gentil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tant qu'on est en mode été chaud tout est parfait, sauf que la table extérieure n'est prévue que pour 8.
Seul bémol : les 2 cuisines sont minuscules et manger dedans à plus de 6 peut être compliqué. Ou alors 6 de chaque côté !
Accueil parfait et réactivité en cas de menu problème excellente.

Nous avons adoré cette location, toute proche de l'océan, et des commerces, tout se fait à pied !
la maison est charmante et son annexe, un vrai terrain de jeux pour nos ados. Nous avons vraiment apprécié sa grande terrasse, son hamac et sa douche (chaude) exterieur !!
nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
