Just 700 metres from the beaches of Lacanau Océan, this superb Landes-style villa, completely renovated, is appealing for its generous volumes, high-quality features and privileged environment. Ideal for family or friends' holidays, it benefits from a large enclosed garden with a pétanque court, a heated swimming pool and WIFI connection, offering a perfect setting for comfortable and convivial stays. Shops are located approximately 900 metres away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible 5 kilometres away.
From the entrance, the villa reveals beautiful, bright living spaces. The living area consists of a lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table and a television, as well as a dining space equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to eight guests. The kitchen, spacious and perfectly equipped, has a large cooking range, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and numerous storage spaces, as well as small equipment for optimal daily comfort.
On the ground floor, the sleeping area includes three comfortable double-bedded rooms, two of which have a wardrobe. A large bathroom with a spacious shower that can accommodate two people provides real comfort, complemented by separate toilets. A utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer facilitates the organisation of extended stays.
Upstairs, a spacious bedroom accommodates a double bed and several single beds, offering a large sleeping capacity ideal for children or groups. This space also features a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside, the villa offers a pleasant terrace fitted with garden furniture and a gas plancha, perfect for outdoor meals. Fantastic location, 10 mins walk with boards from South Beach. Villa is open plan with a light, airy beach aesthetic. Pool is great, shaded a bit by the trees. Outdoor area with covered dining space makes it easy to cook, socialise and eat as a group. Large garage to store boards, outdoor shower and racks for bikes.
For a group of ten this would be a squeeze, not enough chairs and living space would be cramped but for up to eight it works well.
Agents were really responsive and good communication.
