About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 125 m² house with swimming pool in Lacanau to rent for up to 12 people.
It comprises a 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a 1,700 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is arranged as the following
Ground floor:
- 60 m² living room with TV, sofa, stove and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
Garden level :
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps four) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private and heated) measuring 10m x 5m. Open from April to October. Covered and alarmed.
- A lovely 1,700 m² private, enclosed garden.
- A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Lacanau, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, 55 km away
