Welcome to MAUBUISSON in a super comfortable, spacious and pleasant wooden house. Classified 3 *.
Large main room of 50m² with large picture window opening onto the furnished terrace. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, Garden 500m².
With its 2 separate sleeping areas and large common volumes, the house is ideal for accommodating 2 families. Each sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In each sleeping area: 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed, 1 modular bedroom with a single or double bed and a mezzanine bed.
The house is located in a small subdivision of 5 houses with a private access road, which makes it a very quiet and preserved place. Possibility to park 2 cars on the property.
For convenience, you will find large closets in each bedroom, bed linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair on request. Wireless.
To share even more good times, you will have at your disposal, a barbecue, a ping pong table, a hammock, a table football, a garden furniture, 2 deckchairs.
To fully benefit from your holidays in Carcans, 3 major poles are available to you all connected by cycle paths:
* Maubuisson: Lakeside beach on the largest freshwater lake in France, Swimming, Pedal boats, Windsurfing, Paddle. Bike rental. Downtown, Market.
* Domaine de Bombannes 4 km: Relaxation area and multiple activities for the whole family, as well as a wide range of activities supervised by professionals: Sailing club, tree climbing, cycling, etc.

Maison très bien conçue
Avec une belle pièce à vivre et 2 espaces nuits avec Sdb

Nous sommes venus à Carcans pour une réunion familliale et notre séjour à été une réussite . L'emplacement de la maison est idéal , à côté du lac , pas loin de la plage et prés de notre cousine qui est à Carcans bourg . Cette région est vraiment magnifique . Je recommande fortement

Nous avons passé un très beau weekend prolongé dans cette belle maison chaleureuse idéalement située en bord de lac
Un grand espace de vie, de la vaisselle en excellent état et en nombre
Les deux espaces nuit sont très pratiques et bien conçus avec chacun leur salle de bain
Le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong ont été très appréciés
A noter que tout est vraiment très propre (linge,literie, vaisselle, les 2 salles de bain)
L accueil et la flexibilité des horaires sont top
Bref on recommande et on y reviendra avec plaisir
