About this house rental
Come stay a few steps from Lake Maubuisson!
This 1985 house, recently renovated and decorated, should seduce you with its view, its proximity to Lake Maubuisson, its leafy & green setting!
Can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- 1 large open room of 58m2 facing north / south for maximum light, with entrance, kitchen, dining room, lounge with insert,
- 1 bathroom with two basins,
- separate WC,
- 1 large bedroom of 17m2 dormitory style with 4 beds of 90x180cm.
Upstairs
- 2 bedrooms of 12m2 with a 160x200cm bed (EPEDA bedding), each bedroom opening onto a continuous balcony with lake view,
- 1 bathroom with two sinks,
- separate WC.
In the basement on the ground floor
- 1 bedroom of 18m2 with a 160x200cm bed.
Modern and current equipment, fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
WIFI, Internet and connected TV (NETFLIX).
Washing machine in the ground floor bathroom.
Garage on the ground floor that can accommodate a car, bikes.
Free parking spaces for a second vehicle adjoin the house.
Garden of more than 1000m2 planted with endemic species: holm oaks, strawberry trees, rosemaries ...
In the shade or in the sun, you will find a place to rest ...
There is also a small fish pond for meditation!
Three terraces
- In the South-East, for breakfast in the morning sun, your lunches will be protected by a canvas to filter the sun's rays and your dinners will be cooler to treat sun bites.
- in the North, you will be able to admire the Lake.
- to the west, direct access from the kitchen to the terrace will allow you to dine while enjoying the setting sun.

Venus 1 semaine avec 4 enfants/ados de 12 ans pour une compétition de planche à voile, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien située (SPAR à 1 minutes à pied et plage du lac avec cabane de location de planche, pédalo, catamaran, stand up paddle à 1 min à pied également!).
La maison est moderne, très bien pensée et décorée simplement avec goût, également très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre.
Belles terrasses et beau jardin.
Enfin, tout était très propre !
Si nous avons besoin d'y retourner, nous relouerons sans nous poser de question.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la Villa.
Elle est spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu cuisiner en toute simplicité comme nous faire plaisir avec les restaurants situés à proximité. La présence d'une superette à quelques mètres est vraiment un plus.
Dans ce logement tout est pensé pour que les locataires passent un séjour agréable. La literie est de très bonne qualité !
La proximité immédiate du lac est la cerise sur le gâteau. Il suffit de descendre la rue et l'on se retrouve les pieds dans le sable.
Merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine créer des souvenirs impérissables entre amis dans cette maison.

Hébergement avec un grand garage pour ranger le matériel.
Grande pièce de vie et chambres de qualité.
Accueil agréable et disponibilité vraiment appréciable.
La vie est l’emplacement sont vraiment top.

Tout a été nickel, mais c'est vrai que la 4ème chambre est très virtuelle : sous terraine, 2 vasistas de 30 cm de haut, pas de prise électrique, "isolée" de la pièce de vie par de simples rideaux. C'est le seul bémol à apporter.
On y a séjourné avec des petits et la proximité du lac était géniale, et avec des surfeurs, qui étaient à l'océan en 25/30 minutes de vélo.
Balcon terrasse très agréable au 1er, grandes tables pour être tous autour à 10.
Ne pas croire le thermostat du four pour les basses températures, il ne sait pas le faire, mais c'est vraiment anecdotique.
