About this house rental
House - quiet - 5 minutes walk from the shops and the lake.
Interior completely renovated and furnished in 2019 including on the first floor 1 large living room of 50m² with open equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 with WC + 1 separate WC; upstairs a mezzanine leads to 3 bedrooms + 1 shower room with WC.
Outside: Enclosed and wooded land of 1000m² with a large terrace without vis-à-vis. The street where the house is located is a square: no car traffic.

Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, 2 coffee machines (espresso + filter), washing machine; hairdryer; TV; Wifi...
Possibility of accommodating up to 12 people (ideal for large families or 2 families)
first floor: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 cm + Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200 + living room: 1 sofa bed 140x190
Floor: Bedroom 3: 2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200 + Bedroom 4 2 single beds 90x200 + Bedroom 5 2 single beds 90 x 200.
Linen (sheets + towels) can be rented at an additional cost on request.

we had a wonderful stay in the house. the house is actually a bit bigger than the pictures suggest. we were there with 10 adults. The house is very well equipped for large groups. It is calm and at the same time you can walk to the lake and to the center of the village. we can absolutely recommend staying there. Christine, who welcomed us, was very helpful and friendly.
