About this house rental
Set in a peaceful neighbourhood near the beach and the shops, this 4-bedroom villa has a bright, central living area. It is perfect for spending holidays with family or friends. The private, fenced pool cannot be seen from the outside street and is isolated for the rest of the house. You go through a lockable door to get to the swimming pool. You can store beach and leisure essentials in the garage. There is parking for a number of cars in front of the garden. The house offers three bedrooms with 140-cm beds and four bunk beds.

Bonne location, bien équipée et propre.
Située à 5mn à pieds du centre ville et des commerces.

Séjour vraiment très agréable, dans un endroit calme, proche de tout, la plage les loisirs, les commerces. Tout y est. N'hésitez pas à venir dans cette villa en famille ou entre amis.

Ce que nous avons apprécié :
- la proximité avec le centre ville et la plage
- la superficie globale de la maison
Ce que nous avons regretté :
- Propreté des lieux (objets retrouvés sur place, araignée dans le placard, filtre aspirateur bouché...)
- Piscine sale à l'arrivée et aspirateur de piscine HS pendant 3 jours
- Equipements extérieurs très bas de gamme (bains de soleil rouillés et qui se cassent à la 1ère utilisation, table rafistolée et bancale, chaise de jardin cassée...)
- Plaque de cuisson qui dysfonctionne
- La régisseuse habite la maison d'a coté et passe à la villa sans prévenir, ni s'annoncer !
- modalités de règlement pas claires avec proposition de paiement en espèces pour le solde et le ménage. Malgré les désagréments subis pendant le séjour et le ménage réalisé par nos soins, le propriétaire souhaitait tout de même nous faire payer les frais de ménage en espèces !
