House is built 2014, 1 of 3 row houses, located 150 meters from the sea. Magnificent panoramic view of Adriatic sea in Cavtat, beautiful village 10 minutes from Dubrovnik airport. 4 floors, of which 3 are for rent (appr 160 m2), high quality materials and standard. Suitable for 4-8 persons. Cavtat was listed 3rd on Forbes list of 20 safest vacation destinations the summer 2020. Nominated for both best and safest destination in Europe 2021:

2nd floor: Living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Bed sofa (2 x 110 cm). Open planning. Panoramic sea view and big balcony facing sea.
1st floor: Living room, jacuzzi, bath room. Useful as x: a bedroom (2 extra beds available). Facing ocean with exit to large terrace. Terrace with sitting groups, dining tables, and separate grill area.
