A brilliant place to stay in Cavtat. We loved it.

Fantastic apartment, clean spacious and comfortable. Great comms from the hosts.

Booking.com description mentioned that the apartment had a bath, which it doesn't, and that the pool was heated, which it was not (perhaps not necessary in summer!) maybe worth double checking the descriptors. Neither of these things detracted from our stay in any way - it is a fantastic spot.

It was our second time in Cavtat. We love the area just 1/2 hour with an Uber from the busy Dubrovnik.

Modern property with excellent facilities. Beds were perfect, en-suite large and comfortable. We had the apartment on the ground floor, lovely to step outside and enjoy a coffee outside.

We kept really fit walking up all steps with our suitcases and every day to the buses / taxis and in the evening to the restaurant and up again after dinner. Not suitable for the elderly or unfit people.

Breathtaking views, perfect location!

The host Antonio was very friendly and helpful and great at getting in touch with us about check-in and check-out. We stayed in the apartment with the balcony and all we can say is WOW! The balcony ran the length of the apartment, with 3 access doors. Stunning views over the water when sitting in both the lounge and dining areas and even better views outside on the balcony - from being able to see the sun rise over the mountains (if you go to the left end and look around the corner over the pool), to sitting with a coffee and watching the town and local cats 'wake up' each morning, admiring the beauty of the Old Town and hearing the church bells, the boats coming and going, the hustle and bustle of the locals and tourists, and then enjoying a glass of wine and watching the beautiful colours in the sky of the sun setting each evening. The apartment is in the perfect location - the main entrance to the apartments is right by steps that lead straight down to the promenade in less than 5 minutes. If you come out the main entrance and go left, there is a more gentle path down to the promenade and if you turn right, you can get to the Mausoleum of the Racic family via a ramp, which also leads down to the promenade by the Franciscan Monastery/Church of Our Lady of the Snows if you don't want to take the steps. The apartment was perfect - well-equipped, 2 good double rooms with very comfy beds, each with an ensuite. One bedroom has a door to the balcony/sea views, the other has mountain/garden views.

Nothing negative to say about the apartment. Just a few tips/things to note which may be of interest to others - the coffee pods for the coffee machine can not be purchased anywhere in Cavtat - you need to go further afield (although we didn't think of asking the hosts if they had any more). You need to take your rubbish down to the communal bins on the promenade so a good tip to take more trips with less rubbish than leave it all to the end like us! The pool is unheated - perfect for cooling down when it's really hot, takes a bit of getting used to when it's not so hot.

The apartment was brilliant! The location is perfect and it is so peaceful and quiet. Air con, WiFi all worked great. The pool is just the right size and the beds and seating areas make it feel very inviting.

There was everything we needed except for a toaster and there’s no storage/wardrobe for the downstairs bedroom therefore had to live out of a suitcase in the dining room. A small wardrobe or even drawers under the stairs would be a welcome addition.

Memorable stay in this beautifully renovated Apartment Block. 5 STARS!!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment and after 2 weeks travelling around Croatia this was our favourite accommodation in the stunningly beautiful town of Cavtat. Far enough away from the crowds of Dubrovnik but short taxi ride if you want to go and explore for a day. The walk around the cove is so peaceful in the early morning. Great service by Antonio, he rang us on the day of check in and was always on hand to help us. He recommended the most amazing restaurant we ate at 3 times on our stay just at the bottom of the street. The washing machine, drying racks and the Nespresso coffee machine and pods were so welcomed. Beautifully renovated and central apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. We all loved it! So nice to have the pool as well to provide a welcome relief from the heat without having to trek all the way down to the beach. When can we return ??!!

The stairs are certainly a challenge especially with luggage but this was not a surprise to us from reading other reviews and when you see the views from the apartment you quickly forget.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was extremely modern, clean and a fantastic size. The swimming pool was great and we really enjoyed our 2 day stay before heading to the airport. Antonio helped us arrange an airport transfer which made it really easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful location

Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation within a short walk to supermarket, beaches and restaurants - it was so refreshing to holiday without the need for a car! Hosts were on hand if needed and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.

The pool area was a hit with our children but unfortunately there were only 8 sunbeds for the 5 apartments.

Fantastic location in centre of Cavtat old town. Easy access to sea and restaurants. Lovely, clean, well equipped property with adequate space for family of five.

Pool was lovely but there weren’t enough sun loungers for everyone when all apartments occupied. Would highly recommended though as sea is very close. Would’ve loved property with balcony but that was already booked. Also, it would have been nice to have found out a bit about the history of the building.

Gem of a spot in old town

The staff were so helpful. Thanks Antonio and a special thank you to Marija who even helped us on her public holiday. Location was amazing. Steps to accommodation as it is in the old town so pack lightly. Take any alleyway down to old town in front of main door...some are easier than others. Literally everything is a few steps away. Split level apartment was perfect. Main room upstairs was gorgeous with loads of room. Living area so comfortable with huge comfortable sofa and TV. Room downstairs has its own ensuite and lovely bed. Lacking wardrobe in this room however. No problem for us though as we had loads of room upstairs for our things. Balcony area lovely in the morning. Can't see the pool from here but lots of room for drying clothes/brekkie in the sun etc Pool.was fab. So clean. All adults could stand in it but nice for a short swim or lots of sunbeds to relax on. Split level was very private. Does not have sea view but had that out by the pool and lovely sunshine morning and evening time. Code used to get in so no need to carry keys and everyone can come and go as they please. Very clean. Very safe. Very quiet location. Can hear planes from time to time but that is Cavtat for you and never bothered us. Great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Cavtat is gorgeous with lovely walks, boat rides, restaurants etc

Amazing property, highly recommend

Fantastic property - beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a great holiday. Lovely, clean pool and seating areas outside. Washing machine was a bonus!

Just as a heads up - this property is in the old town, there is no vehicular access and lots of steps to get to it so pack light as dragging heavy suitcases up many steps at night with tired children isn't great! But it's totally worth it, I'd argue it's one of the best properties in Cavtat

Fab apartment in the heart of Cavtat

The 2 bed top floor apartment was perfect. Comfy beds. Pool fab. Very clean. We arrived before official checking in time but we were allowed check in early. All the staff were very friendly, Antonio was especially helpful with booking day trips his advice was appreciated.

Cavtat is my new favourite place!

All excellent. This property is a gem in Cavtat. Antonio was on hand to assist us when we needed some local help, from airport transfers to medical stuff for our daughter. We had a magical visit and hope to return soon!

Property manager met us in town and directed us. Accommodation finished to a high standard inside & out. Lovely pool area Good communication

2nd bedroom (downstairs) in split level apartment is VERY small. Double bed only accessible from one side and no storage space so had to live out of suitcases, stored under stairs in the kitchen for the week. No broom or dustpan & brush for basic clear round. No coasters to use on lounge table, had to use books etc to protect the surface Steps to access accommodation from town are significant in both number & steepness- should be highlighted as anyone with mobility issues would be in trouble No bath despite booking.com description saying there was one
