Villa Alegria Cavtat

Great property, we stayed in studio apartment, just for 2 people. It had its own parking space, a very small patio (table & 2chairs) area outside the door. The full area offers a beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. To access the town / centre area and beaches it is a walk down (and then up) 2 steep hills. There is a supermarket very conveniently situated only a few steps away without going all the way in to centre. You can drive to centre but parking can be limited. The bus stop for Dubrovnik is easily reached on foot. Water Taxis go from the centre / front. If you love plane spotting this is the place for you, they come in low to Dubrovnik airport. Pero, owner and the cleaning lady we met were very helpful and kind. Beautiful views from pool area, great for watching the sunsets.

We felt the studio could benefit from decorative attention.

The property is in a fabulous position overlooking the bay and hills, clean and with all the things for a good stay. Good looking property with well cared for pool and surrounding areas. The owner was always on hand, easy to contact if we need anything. A really good stay.

Our apartment had a balcony with beautiful sea views. The pool area was lovely. There are about 8/10 beds with parasols.

It’s a good 10/15 minute walk uphill from the town however there is a bus no. 10 that goes on the half hour to and from the town . You can also get a taxi which costs approximately €10.
