Cavtat Luxury 3 Bed Sea View Penthouse

Our stay in the Cavtat Castle Penthouse was just magical! The apartment has everything you could possibly wish for - and more - to ensure a fabulously comfortable holiday! It is furnished and decorated to the highest of specifications (in fact, we came home with some great interior design ideas inspired by our stay!) and the location and views are just magnificent! Added to all of this, the accommodation is spotless, something very important to me. It is very possibly the cleanest place I've ever had the pleasure of staying in when on holiday. The hosts were excellent too - responsive when we needed them but in no way intrusive and providing us with all the information we needed to enjoy the area. This was my third stay in Cavtat and the accommodation this time was easily the best my family and I have stayed in. I recommend the Cavtat Castle Penthouse unreservedly.

There is genuinely nothing I can think of which I didn't like. Perhaps a second set of keys would be helpful, but that's all.

We liked everything, the apartment is modern, clean, a touch of luxury, all 3 bedroom were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were very nice, 2 big showers. The outstanding part is the view just wow ever changing just could sit and watch for hours. Great communication with the owner always available. A huge yes from us. The town itself was perfect, great places to swim, eat, bakery for breakfast every morning. Places to sit and watch the world go by. We took 2 boat trips which we enjoyed. We didn't use the car all week. Perfect describes it.

The walk up can be a challenge in the heat especially for my mum but it never stopped us venturing down.

A beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and fully equipped apartment with an amazing sea view. Comfy beds in every bedroom and great bathrooms filled with fancy soaps and shampoos. Also the welcome basket with coffee and teas available was nice. The Cavtat guide sent to us in advance was very helpful, getting there and the key systems were easy to use. The hosts were welcoming and available. We travelled early, not the peak season yet, and were very lucky to check-in early and even check-out later. The location was very good in a quiet neighbourhood, but still a short walk to town and beach, bus stop, supermarkets. Tip: wake up early to enjoy your morning coffee and early sunshine on the balcony!

The parking lot next to the building was a bit crowded with stuff but it didn't really matter since we only walked past it.

We've stayed in many apartments in Europe and this was one of our (if not the) best ones! The unit was incredibly spacious, 3 full bathrooms!! (Which is really helpful for a family of 6), beautiful amenities, beds and couches were comfortable, loved the outdoor balcony and gorgeous views, and the hosts were responsive and organized (sent a weblink with ALL the units information and local recommendations - extremely easy to navigate). I also really appreciated the electric blinds for every window. As a mom, I never sleep well, but the blinds were like black out curtains and the beds and comforter so comfy, I slept like a baby! There were also family games and puzzles and we ended our long sightseeing days with a Netflix movie each night. Their TV was also impressive! We were so pleased, they thought of everything and more. 5 min walk to "downtown" where there's a bus stop, small convenience store, restaurants, playground and a beautiful walking path around the peninsula! About 30 min drive to Dubrovnik.
