Everything you would need for a self catering stay.

What made this stay enjoyable was the instant response to messages from both the owner and Niko. Hugely reassuring. Lots of advice about places to eat and how to arrange transportation from the airport and access to the villa. Niko picked us up from the airport and took us to the property.

We loved the villa but hadn’t appreciated how step the climb was from the harbour to the villa. We got use the climb and enjoyed the views . It would not stop us staying staying there again.

The best time with family ever!

The week in Villa Piscitelli was incredible! We spent it with our son and his partner and grandchildren, 16 and 20. It was amazing in every way for all of us. Three floors of comfort and space with 3 outside areas to sit in. We used everyone, a first level porch off the kitchen dining area where we watch the sailing boats go in and out of Caveat, a second level protected out door dining area where we had two lovely dinners and a third level sunning patio that looked out over all of Caveat. We walked 5 minutes to a beautiful cliff beach with what became one of our favorite restaurants above it for a delicious lunch. The location couldn't have been better and Cavtat in September was ideal. Jalena the owner created a warm and aesthetic home. Communicating with her felt like communicating with a friend. Villa Piscitelli was a gem!

Had a fantastic week staying here. The location of the house was great with good views over the harbour (no need for the gym with the steps up to it). Very well equipped with comfortable beds, good water pressure,aircon, large fridge freezer and washing machine and excellent wifi. We spent most of our time sat outside on the front porch. Jelena provided lots of suggestions and Niko was very responsive and provided a friendly airport transfer. House was well renovated and exceptionally clean.

We loved every minute of our stay, the villa was immaculate & a great location. Cavtat is beautiful!

Jelena and Niko were perfect hosts, Jelena was in contact before and during the stay to make sure everything was ok, recommended restaurants, trips etc and Niko collected us from the airport and showed us to the villa.

We spent alot of time on the front porch as the view over the harbour was fabulous. It was quite warm sat there as no breeze so the only suggestion would be if they could fit a fan overhead to just add some relief but it didn't deter us from enjoying the view.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect part of the world!

This property we booked for our family vacation was absolutely superb! Perfect location with amazing views across the harbour. The villa was fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was very accommodating and helpful providing a transfer from the airport which was a great touch (Niko was a great guy who gave us a few handy tips on the local area) and provided a great insight to the local amenities. I would go back tomorrow we didn’t want to leave!

5 star place. I'd come again

So many good things to say about this property. There are some steps to get there but you are well rewarded. The design and finishes are tasteful. Everything is very considered and thoughtful. The view to Cavtat harbour from the cosy front porch is exquisite day and night. The proximity of the house to all the superb amenities of Cavtat is excellent. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Aircon was very good with mid July temperatures outside. The Host and her assistant Niko were super helpful at all times. This is a 5 star set up. I would come again

I'm in my late fifties and it was 38 degrees (an exceptional heat wave in Croatia) at the time so the stairs to get to the house is something to be aware of but you are well rewarded when you get there.......

Exceptional

Lovely apartment with three good size rooms, good linen and excellent mattresses and pillows. Lovely large shaded outdoor deck above the house with fan as well as balcony at the entrance to home with stunning views and seating. So options for your outdoor seating. Great air conditioners which were very quiet and three good size shower rooms - one on each floor. Note - none of them en suite which wasn’t an issue really. Coffee machine was a wonderful addition. Nico who also does transportation at a reasonable price is your meet and greet and lovely.

The location of the villa was excellent with picture postcard, mesmerising views of the harbour. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The rooms were all lovely and beds super-comfortable! The property owner (Jelena) was so helpful both before and during our stay and gave us lots of tips on the beaches, restaurants, places to visit, etc. Niko was also a very friendly and helpful man who arranged our transfers to and from the airport and was available throughout our holiday for any trips we wanted to make. Everything you need (beaches, bars, restaurants) are close by and I wish we were back there now!

Outstanding!

We were a group of 6 and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is new, we loved the interiors, it is beautifully designed and perfect for accommodating up to six people. I loved the view from our rooms, veranda and the terrace at the top - it was so much serene and mesmerizing to look at the beautiful town of Cavtat and the harbour close by with amazing yachts while having breakfast! Also, the closest beach is walking distance away, while going there I have encountered one of the most beautiful sunset, don’t miss it! I think Cavtat is a hidden gem town - Restaurants are good, it’s close to Dubrovnik and offers various water adventure sports, am glad that I stayed in Cavtat at this property instead of packed Dubrovnik. Worth to mention the property hosts Jelena and Niko, salute to them for being very responsive and there readiness to help.

Exceptional

Staying at Villa Piscitelli could not have been more pleasurable for us. From the very start the host was very accommodating organising a transfer from the airport. All three bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary stylish manner with two TV’s and three bathrooms in the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been stocked with everything needed to cook a meal at home if you wish. The front veranda is a perfect spot for evening drinks with direct views over the Cavtat skyline. We look forward to our return to Cavtat and the property.

AMAZING property with a STUNNING view of the bay.

I had a short stay at Villa Piscitelli, but I cannot describe how lovely it was for us. The host explained and answered all my questions (re transfer, food, local amenities etc). The property is situated with a beautiful postcard view. The house is beautifully decorated in and very well equipped (kitchen etc). I look forward to returning to Cavtat and will definitely book my stay at Villa Piscitelli. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to Cavtat!
