Lovely accommodation close to the waterside and restaurants.

We were picked up and dropped back to the airport by transport laid on by the owner. The driver saw us into the apartment and explained all the basics. Lovely clean property with 3 good sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite. Great views from the apartment balcony across the village and out to sea. Short walk down to the waterside where the there was a good selection of restaurants.

Our stay was perfect.

The location was perfect - so close to everything and very quiet. Mihael met us at the airport and explained everything we needed to know. Each bedroom having its own ensuite was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials

Fantastic stay all in all

Beautiful modern and well appointed property with amazing views. Kristina the host was very easy to contact and sorted out airport transfers for us and was able to accommodate a later check out for us which was very much appreciated. The apartment was very well located with the centre of Cavtat being an easy few minutes walk away but beware ….. you have to negotiate a very steep hill back to the apartment on you return journey which is not for the faint hearted!!

Hadn’t realised the apartment was on the flight path so there were numerous aircraft flying quite low over the property on a daily basis. We arrived later on a Wednesday than expected due to a flight delay and found the local supermarket was closed on Thursday so we had no opportunity to buy provisions until Friday. Not sure if you are able to purchase a welcome pack ahead of your stay but it would be a good idea to offer this if it is not already offered or at least leave a bottle of water, milk and wine in the fridge for new arrivals. Would be nice to have the option of reclining lounger chairs on the balcony rather than ‘directors’ chairs which are not that comfortable as the back fabric is not stitched at the top and therefore keeps falling down so you feel the strip of fabric sticking in your back. There is no option to actually ‘lie out’ in the sun at the property so you have to generally go and buy a sunbeds and umbrellas at one of the outcrops which can be costly over the week (unless of course you buy a sun mattress and lie on one of the ‘free’ areas by the sea but this is not comfortable or suitable for the older generation.

We would recommend this apartment definitely. It’s ideally placed and perfect for 6 people.

The view is incredible. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Easy to contact the owners and very quick responses. Arranged transport too and from airport which was one less worry for us to think about.

The outside chairs were quite uncomfortable. It says ‘toiletries provided’ but take shampoo and conditioner as only shower gel is provided. It is up a very steep hill, so not good for those with walking difficulties.

Beautiful, modern apartment with the best view in Cavtat!

Apartment was amazing! Comfortable beds, spacious en suite bathrooms and the view was incredible. I’ve stayed in many hotels/apartments in Cavtat and this was easily the best view.

Just something to be aware of - Cavtat is on the flight path into Dubrovnik airport and the apartment is directly underneath the flight path. We didn’t find this a problem as we were aware but just something to note. There is nothing note to like about the property.

A home from home in beautiful Cavtat.

Beautiful view from the balcony as expected. Very well furnished and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and very good storage space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent laundry facilities. Hairdrier. Very spacious and clean. Very close to centre and sea.

Not a problem for us but a steep climb from the sea front to the property. Property is right under the flight path to the airport 2Km away. Again this did not bother us.

A beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. A few minutes walk to Cavtat town centre. Friendly staff and very clean.

Communication could be improved slightly Eg. What to do with rubbish as we could find no outside bins and when to expect cleaning staff and when they would change sheets/ towels etc

Spacious, modern and nicely furnished. Views from Balcony were exceptional and only a short walk to main restaurants. Private parking was needed by us and was excellent with a security barrier. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I cannot rate Villa Nespola highly enough. Every aspect of our stay was faultless. The communication, the friendliness, the apartment itself..it might be one of the most faultless places we've ever stayed. Great location..great facilities. Incredible views.

Amazing!

Villa Nespola Penthouse was absolutely wonderful, we didn't want to leave! The apartment is fitted out with quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings and the beds were really comfortable. There were also beach mats for us to use - very useful on the pebble/shingle beaches. A short walk down the hill in to town for bars, restaurants, shops, beaches (we liked Beach Zal, about 15 minute walk), buses and water taxis. Communication with Kristina beforehand was good and Mihaela, who was there to greet us, was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Now the view - it's to die for and the photos don't do it justice. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. We will almost certainly be going back to Cavtat and will definitely book a stay at Villa Nespola Penthouse again.

A microwave would be useful (but that's just being picky!)

Fantastic-great base to explore this beautiful place!

Lovely spacious apartment with gorgeous view of Cavtat harbour from the balcony. Great for watching the sunset. All bedrooms are en-suite. Fabulous location for shops, bars, beaches, restaurants. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Airport transfers sorted for us, and all went very smoothly.

No dishwasher. Right on the flight path but it didn’t disturb our sleep at night.

Amazing apartment!

We stayed for a week at this penthouse apartment in Cavtat mid october. Brand new apartment with high very standards! Clean, nice and well equipped, Wiew over Cavtat was amazing! Not much sun on balcony in october but we didnt mind. Short walk down to town centre. Staff was superfriendly and helpful! This was way over our expectations and we truly recommend a stay here. Hope to return sometime:-)

Wonderful stay in Cavtat!

Villa Nespola was great! Excellent location, very short walk from the centre of Cavtat with lots to do & see. We had a lovely stay & our host was more than accommodating.

Be sure to wear flat shoes, Villa Nespola is up a hill & the road is very uneven.
