A big disapointment

The location is good. When it's not too noisy, you can actually hear the see.

This stay was a big disapointment. On this holiday I only wanted to relax, enjoy warm breeze and sea view. So already a month before I browsed and booked a room with a balcony/ terrace with a sea view. The pictures looked good and I double checked and booked. . I informed the host of the time of arrival but ignored the overprized offer on airport pickup. On arrival there was no one around. I rang a doorbell and waited and waited. When no one arrived I climbed up and found keys on one of the doors. Great. The room was just as in the pictures. I went out for dinner and coming back was told that the room is not mine. I was taken downstars to a worn out room without a balcony. Instead there was a kitchenette. You could have a sea view by sitting on the table or standing. Not the relaxing balcony from the pictures. You also had to go to the room through the living room, Even if and own entrance is mentioned in the amenities, and almost always there was an old woman speaking the local language. -So didn't get what I thought I had booked. From the website it was imposible to tell the difference. It should be made clear that there are huge difference between rooms, and the pictures might not be from yours.

Superb

The apartment is very nice for one person. It is across the road from the sea and restaurants and only a short walk into the town where there are many good restaurants and the harbour with boat trips. It has air conditioning and a glassed-in balcony with a small kitchen and dining table. Tomas picked me up from the airport which is quite close and his daughter dropped me back. Although it was hot, there were lovely walks to take in the early morning and some interesting boat and coach trips. Dubrovnik city is only a 30 minute bus ride.

They could use some new sheets and towels.

The location is superb - right on the sea front

The location is superb - right on the sea front, with one of the best most popular restaurant's attached. Tomas the owner could not have been more helpful and kind. thoroughly made out stay. The weathher wasnt good but we made up for it in the restaurant ! our flight was cancelled and tomas said no worries stay another night :)

Very affordable, but old place in good location

Super friendly host and his mother. Rooms were very basic, but clean and with own bathroom/toilet. Very good location, and value for money was good.

One of our balcony kitchens was short of tools. Allso there were minor problems with bathroom functions and using toilet/shower made a lot noise to other rooms. Probably due to the wet weather, the common room smelled quite suspicious. Airplanes flying right overhead are loud, but didn't bother us during the night.

Could have been cleaner, the kitchen is not fit for purpose. For some unknown reason the landlady came into the room when we were out and removed the aircon remote control. When we complained the remote was returned. The next day the remote was gone again and another remote was left in its place!! This remote did not work on our aircon!!! Maybe the owner couple should retire and let their son take over.

Thomas was a Wonderful Host and made my Trip a Memorable one with amazing Tips, even though I travelled alone . Location is perfect if you don't want the Hustle and Bustle in Dubrovnik. My room View was amazing as well. Lots of Restaurants and and Shops around. Will definitely stay here again.

Jedino dobro kod ovog apartmana je lokacija.

Odsjedanjem u ovom apartmanu sam dozivjela sto nisam nikada nigdje, a rekla bi da sam solidan putnik. Naime imali smo rezervaciju za 31.12 (novogodisnja noc), uredno se smjestili u apartman od strane stare babe sa recepcije. Izasli smo u izlazak u Dubrovnik, te nam je atmosferu pokvario poziv vlasnika apartmana koji nas je obavjestio da je navodno zbog greske na recepciji doslo do pogresne dodjele apartmana nama, te je isti usao u nas apartman, sve nase licne stvari dirao, spakovao u kofer na kamaru, ukljucujuci moje zenske intimne stvari, nasu hranu itd i prenio u drugi apartman. Bili smo primorani da mu kazemo gdje smo skrili putovnice u apartmanu da bi iste uzeo kod sebe, sto nam je potvrdio da je uradio. Pod dojmom tog dogadjaja smo proveli ostatak noci. Ujutro vec u 8h krece glasno vikanje doticnog gospodina i babe sa recepcije, vjerovatno s ciljem budjenja gostiju.. Klime u sobama nisu dovoljno grijale te je bilo zaista hladno. Apartman je bio prljav, posteljina se cula na ribu. Recepcija je bila uzasno smrdljiva i neuredna, blaga katastrofa. U 10h smo krenuli napustiti apartman trazeci nase putovnice nazad, te nam doticni kaze da idemo u stari apartman, probudimo djevojke koje su tu i trazimo svoje dokumente. Sto znaci da se nije udostojio noc prije preuzeti kod sebe, sto smo zahtjevali od njega. Ne bih vise duljila. Od mene antipreporuka. Unistio nam je novogodisnju noc. Jedino lijepo je lokacija.

Meraviglioso e indimenticabile!!

Siamo state benissimo a Cavtat. Thomas, il proprietario è un signore simpaticissimo e in più i ha aiutati tantissimo per conoscere il posto. Per qualsiasi cosa è stato sempre disponibile. Abbiamo preso la stanza con vista mare, la vista è stupenda! Per chi vuole cucinare c’è un cucinino, padelle, un frigo, un bollitore…
