A fabulous property in a great location, with friendly, great communicating hosts

Hugely convenient location, super close to all local amenities while still feeling very private and peaceful. The apartment has been finished beautifully. The decor is modern, the fittings are classy and good quality and there was an extensive range of equipment (everything you could feasibly need). The pool is fabulous, as is the outside dining area and facilities.

Beautiful apartment in stunning location, everything you could need and fantastic hosts

Absolutely stunning location with a minutes walk to the main harbour, bars and restaurants. The property and pool area was a really high standard and kept very clean. The owners were also exceptional, very responsive, flexible and kind. Loved everything about this place.

Gorgeous apartment in idyllic location

The apartment was perfect, really clean, plenty of space and amazing views. The pool is fabulous and there is a great outdoor dining area. The hosts are really easy to contact and super helpful. You can get down to the sea front in minutes. Location-wise it is excellent. The pet tortoise and the barn swallows also add to the charm of this lovely place. We took a boat taxi to Dubrovnik one day. The boat taxi is really close to the apartment. We also went inland to wine country and had a very nice meal at a beautiful restaurant, Konavoski Dvori Eco Green Restaurant. It was our first time in Croatia and we thought it was absolutely beautiful. Cavtat is a great little place, the sunsets are amazing. Go to Beach Star Little Star for the views, swimming and sunsets. There's also lots of lovely restaurants. Leut was a favourite, they do great sushi.

There's nothing we didn't like. I'd just say that the local supermarkets are not great. There are two, both the same chain, and they are very small and expensive. You're better off getting an Uber to a bigger supermarket to stock up at the beginning of your holiday. Also bring insect bite repellent :)

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, had everything you need. The pool was lovely and the outside eating area which had bbq, coffee machine, toastie machine etc was superb. Location was brilliant for access to all the lovely restaurants and bars in Cavtat. Staff were very attentive and helpful with any queries. Would recommend to anyone and definitely will return

Great location a stroll to the marina in either direction. Great apartment, lots of space, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. High quality finish in all of the rooms. The pool was beautiful, private with sun beds and shades. Big barbecue area as well.

A quality, perfectly situated apartment-look nowhere else.

The apartment is newly refurbished to the highest standard. It has everything you need with extra touches too. The location is probably the best you’ll get in Cavtat, perfectly situated for ease of popping to the restaurants and seafront. Barbara and Niksa are wonderful hosts, very kind and they respond quickly to queries. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the hot tub, terrace and pool. The best holiday, thank you for everything.

Disappointing and stress inducing, with a lack of warmth from money making hosts.

The pool area was very nice.

We understand that this is a business, but the hosts seemed far more interested in making money than the welfare and happiness of their guests. Unfortunately, accidental damage was caused to their washing machine, they were unpleasant and rude in their responses, threatening to contact booking.com, despite the fact that we offered to pay for reasonable repairs or replacement if necessary, and not responding to my questions asking if they had insurance cover to help. This incident cost us an additional £300 on top of what was already an expensive holiday, (they had initially requested €500) The exchanges with the hosts all carried out via WhatsApp messages were unpleasant and stressful and certainly not conducive to the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. In addition there's little hanging space at the apartment, no top sheets or additional blankets, or towel change during the week, despite being advertised as a serviced apartment. The inside living space is quite small, as is the outside balcony. We had one dishwasher tablet provided for the week. This is our 10th visit to Cavtat and we have previously found our hosts to be warm and welcoming, with our wellbeing in mind.

Exceptional apartment and resort

On arrival Niksa (owner) met us from our taxi, helped us in with our luggage. Gave us a tour of the apartment and the pool area and outside kitchen etc. Then showed us down to the harbour and local restaurants. Location wise the apartments are so central, can literally be at bars and restaurants in 2 minutes. However what we also loved so much, was that apartment and pool area were so quiet and not overlooked. The views from the apartment are amazing, harbour, sea and mountains. Cavtat is a stunning resort, suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. We tried 6 restaurants in 7 nights, all of them were superb. Great choice of seafood, meat and wine, very accommodating for the children and friendly service. Also a good selection of bars, cafes and bakeries. Having been to Croatia twice now, the locals have on both occasions made us feel very welcome, they are genuinely friendly people and very proud of their country. Having been to Spain and Portugal numerous times I certainly haven’t been made to feel as welcomed. Would thoroughly recommended Cavtat and Kralj Ana apartments. Only just got back today, but pretty sure we will be back next year.

Mosquitos at night were annoying, but seem to find that on every holiday I’ve been on. Niksa kindly got us some mosquito plugs and that got rid of them.

Location was very central just 2 min walk from the harbour with its bars and restaurants and super yachts and set in a traditional setting. The pool and outdoor bbq area were first class. The apt was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and added extras eg washing up items and extra bedding. I added a request as it was our anniversary and we got a lovely card and wine which was better than some leading hotels in all honestly we were really impressed

Cavtat is situated on the flight path into DBV final approach which you get used too and came in short bursts. Located very close to a church with its bells and again you get used to it and actually felt you were in a proper rustic place which personally we liked the charm of it.

A beautiful, clean apartment with excellent facilities in the heart of Cavtat Old Town.

The location of the apartment in the heart of the old town is perfect to access local beaches and restaurants. The pool area is lovely with sun beds, umbrellas, a hot shower and a shaded BBQ kitchen area with tables and chairs. The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean. Barbara, the owner, was there to greet us on arrival and left us a lovely welcome pack of snacks, fruit, water and a small bottle of local liquor. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four for week’s stay and we will definitely return. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus.

One thing for future guests to note - the jacuzzi is not available for all apartments to use, only the ground floor apartment. This is not clear in the property facilities details.

Entspannung trifft Gastfreundschaft! / Relaxation meets hospitality!

Noch vor Urlaubsbeginn wurden aufkommende Fragen schnell beantwortet und auf Wünsche und Fragen wurde entgegenkommend reagiert. So stand einem entspannten Urlaubsantritt nichts mehr im Wege. Vor Ort wurden wir durch Barbara herzlich in "unserem" Heim für die nächste Woche willkommen geheißen und wir wurden mit den "features" der Unterkunft vertraut gemacht. Danach hieß es nur noch genießen. Das einzige Problem bei dem uns nicht geholfen werden konnte, war die Antwort auf die Frage: "Jacuzzi, Pool oder Meer?" Barbara, Niksa und Borna sorgten rund um die Uhr dafür das es uns an nicht fehlte. Wir sehen uns definitiv wieder!

Der Urlaub war zu kurz!
